Leo: Leo would try the "nice" approach first. Like touching your arm, gently shaking you. Nothing too intense, just in case. He doesn't want you to wake up and feel like you're being assaulted.
Raph: He'd wake you up as soon as possible. Even if that means you'd kick him in the process or are totally disorientated. He didn't care, he wanted you to wake up from that nightmare, no matter what it takes.
Donnie: He'd be torn. Wasn't waking someone up from a bad dream kind of like waking up a sleepwalker? No it wasn't, right? Oh God. Seeing you in distress made his heart hurt. He'd gently wake you up and then calm you down.
Mikey: Poor baby. He didn't know what to do at first. You were clearly in need of help but how was he supposed to do so? Mikey, being the typical ecstatic person, jumped onto your bed and tried to shake you awake.
