Your cute boyfriend was so excited. You asked him to teach you how to skateboard and he was over the moon. Skateboarding, along with eating and playing video games, was one of his favorite hobbies. And you wanted to be a part of it.
"Okay, you just stay on this and I push you", he said.
You did have a good balance, but actually standing on a skateboard was weird. You've done it before when you were younger but it's been a while.
"Put your feet like this", he said while holding your hand.
He stood next to you while you were trying to not fall off. He placed his feet the way you had to on the board.
"Like that?", you asked and almost fell off.
Mikey was there and held you a bit closer.
"Yeah but without falling", he giggled.
He reached for your hands and started to walk next to you. Slowly so you don't become insecure.
"Oh I actually like that", you smiled.
"Wanna go a bit faster?", he asked.
You looked into his beautiful baby blue eyes and saw the excitement in it. You nodded and he smiled.
"Nice!", he screamed.
Everything went rather well. And even if you felt like falling, Mikey was there to catch you. All of a sudden something beeped and both of you stopped. After he took a look at his phone he sighed.
"Donnie, something about an experiment", he started.
"Go on, I can wait here and practice a little", you said.
"Are you sure angel cakes?"
"Of course", you assured him and gave him a big kiss.
He smiled and ran off to his brother. You looked down the long path. One good thing about the sewers was that there was barely anyone down here. You could practice as long as you wanted (and even fail) without anyone interfering. You've been skating for a few minutes and then started again. You took a deep breathe and then went ahead. You were already much faster than before, gaining confidence with every round you did.
You smiled a little but then everything went wrong. You must have driven over a little stone or something since your wheels got stuck. Everything happened so fast that you couldn't react to it. You fell off the board and tried to catch yourself. You ankle hurt immediately. You touched it, try to move it to see if anything is broken. You were able to wiggle your toes with made you happy. Your knees and palms hurt and as you looked down you saw a little bit of blood. Same for your knees. Your pants were ripped and a few scratches appeared. Nothing major. But getting up would be difficult.
Mikey should be back soon. You decided to wait for him. Hopefully he wasn't mad and hopefully his board was still intact.
"Baby doll? Are you there?", you heard him.
"I'm here!", you gave back.
"What ... what happened?", he said as soon as he saw you.
He literally ran over to you to examine you.
"I fell down. Nothing bad but I don't think I can get up", you explained.
"Oh my poor baby", he said and hugged you tight.
"I'm sorry."
"What for?"
"I think your board is ...", you started and he decided to take a look at it.
"It's totally fine", he gave back and smiled.
"You serious?"
"Yeah", he held it up.
You smiled and kissed him.
"Let's get you up and to Donnie okay?"
"This is so embarrassing. I can't even skateboard", you sighed.
"Don't worry about it. You have some other amazing talents sweet cheeks", he laughed.
You laughed as well as he helped you get up. Your ankle didn't hurt as much anymore but it was always better to have it checked.
"I love you", Mikey said out of nowhere.
"I love you too baby", you smiled.
He then proceeded to pick you up bridal style and walked you to Donnie's lab.
