There are a few possibilities. Depending on how angry he is of course:
- talking to Mikey: His little brother is always good for a joke and somehow Raph really likes his sense of humor.
- boxing: I mean, of course. There's nothing better than punching something.
- going for a run: Mostly over rooftops. Kind of parkour like. That gives him some thrill.
- most importantly, his s/o: literally the only person who can calm him down just by being there. They don't need to talk he just wants to know he's not alone.
