By now your boyfriend knows your good and bad days. If you have a lot of stress you start eating and he doesn't have a problem with it. At first it was weird to see you eat so much and such a variety but as soon as you explained it to him, he understood. However, he also knew the aftermath. That you were mad and angry at yourself. That you're "fat" and need to lose weight. So he would either try to get your mind off of everything by distracting you from eating. Tell him why you're stressed, what is bothering you. He will listen, no matter what. And if you do feel guilty after stress eating, he is the first to work out with you or help you make healthy food.
