He knew he couldn't tell you what to do. If you wanted an abortion, then it was your choice. He's too much of a gentleman (and loves you too much) to force you to keep the baby. But that doesn't mean he won't try to get you to overthink it.
Leo: WHAT THE HELL? There is no way you will abort that child. Yes, it is your body and he might not be able to stop you but he will talk and talk and talk. Telling you that you don't need to worry, that everything will be fine, that medicine is so advanced and it could help you. He'd literally not stop assuring you that it would be okay.
Raph: He knew the risks. Of course, how could he not? Even a blind would se that you, a human and him, a turtle would have problems having babies. After all, you didn't want children in the first place. However, that hurt him more than he would ever admit. He secretly wanted a family, wanted to have children but he knew it would never happen.
Donnie: He, like Raph, understood you and the risks. He didn't want you to suffer, knowing what might happen to you. He was a little hurt but his brain and mind told him that it might be the right and only decision. He didn't want anyone to suffer let alone the love of his life. But he was still hurt. You took that decision without even asking him.
Mikey: What do you mean you don't want a baby? He wouldn't get it. How can you not want something so precious, so cute and adorable? He would talk to you for hours, trying to change your mind, showing you pictures and cute videos of babies. Then he'd tell you that he'd be there no matter what but he would love to try it.
