I take my seat next to Annie. since clove introduced me to her we have been the best of friends.
"hey katniss"
"hey Annie do you know what were doing today"I ask
"I think we're doing that partner thing"
oh yeah right my partner is ...peeta of god. katniss you will nit make a fool out if yourself again.
"Isn't your partner peeta"she laughs
she know I like him,hey someone had to know
"Yeah and I really hope it goes well"
In two minutes everyone is here even cinna.
"alright so everyone go to your partners"he says and that is when I realize I am staring into those blue eyes that make me melt.
"earth to katniss "peeta laughs
"oh sorry I was just thinking about what um......we should do fir the project."I say slyly
But I guessed it worked because peeta doesn't ask anyone question which is good. so we just think for what I think is three minutes and then peeta finally says
"we should do a act about a girl at her knew school"he smiles
"oh so basically my life" I mumble but he hears me
"right or we can do a act about a girl who dies In a car accident and there is a funeral"he says
"hmmm.....well it sounds better then the last Idea,ok let's do it"I finally agree.
"alright I will be one of the friends and you can be the girl"
"I was thinking that "I laugh.
just when I thought things were going good finnick comes over.
"what do you want now finnick " I ask irritated
"just checking up in you two kat because that's what friends do"he says
"well a good friend would leave so we can work in peace"peeta says
"fine but you better sleep with one eye open and I'm not just talking to peeta. he looks at me,see what happens when you push you friend away"he states pretending to be hurt.
sometimes I just want to kill him but in reality I think we all love him and his humour even though it can get annoying.
"sometimes I want to really just smack him"peeta says
I laugh "yeah me too"
the bell rings and we all head to period two. maybe this won't be so bad after all.
