The people who tell you to do what you love and never regret anything that makes you smile are foolish. There are things that make you happy that aren't good things. Your heart changes all the time and it doesn't know where it's going. So why would you want to follow it? All that stuff sounds really nice and empowering but when you think about it's foolish. Someone who is blind can't lead another blind person. Especially if the blind leader continually changes their mind randomly and there are pot holes all around for them to trip and fall in. That doesn't make any sense and yet that's what happens when we choose to follow our hearts. Don't follow celebrities or anyone else. They are all just as blind as you are, some of them have good wisdom and advice but most of them will lead you astray. You can trust people but don't rely on them to lead you. Instead let the one guide who isn't blind or trying to trip you lead, follow God and He will give you light to see by. With Him there is nothing you need to worry about and you will only get lost if you walk away from Him.
