Let Jesus take control of your life. He won't control your life without you surrendering to Him because that would violate freewill but He is the best person to be in control of your life. God is the best person to be in control of your life because He actually has control. God created everything so He has control over everything. He doesn't always change your circumstances but that doesn't mean He isn't in control. Trust that God has a plan and let Him steer your life the way He wants it to go.
When you give up your control you put God on the front of your mind. Think about what He would do before you make decisions, even if they seem small and insignificant. Try to live your life like Jesus did and check in with God through prayer to see if you're going in the right direction. When God is in control of your life you should have more peace because you know everything will work out even if the situation takes you through really hard times. When you put God in control of your life every path leads to Heaven.
