God should be the center of your life not you. God created you, gave His life for you, offered you a place in His home, even though you are less than an ant to Him. Our lives should be focused on following what God tells us to and living out His plan. Everyday we should walk with Him because of all that He has given us and all that He will give us. Walking with Him means trusting in where He is leading you and that you love Him back sense you are choosing to spend your time with Him. If we want to get closer to God then you need to talk to Him everyday like you would if you wanted to get closer to any other person. You also have to listen which can be much harder with God, His word is in the Bible and sometimes you can listen to Him when you are quiet in His presence. God will never let you down so if you make Him the center of your life you give yourself a strong foundation. The only way your life will fall apart is if you start to walk away from God.
