I: What do you mean?
HK: Like, you know, tenses and grammar stuffs.
I: How'd you do?
HK: I think I did pretty good!
I: Well.
HK: ?
I: The correct term is "well", not "good". You used an adjective to describe a verb, which is a big no-no. You were supposed to use an adverb, this case it being "well".
HK: Oh.
I: Still think you did GOOD?
HK: Yeah! There was only one question I didn't get.
I: What was it?
HK: It was, "Write down the past tense of 'think'". I thought and thought but I couldn't remember it! So I just put down "thinked".
I: *facefridge*
