Okay so I saw this picture on Instagram and i got really inspired by it. I wanted to do it as a book but felt like you guys could enjoy it more if you read it in my Oneshots instead.

Chanyeol sighed as he slid into his seat. Monday morning...his favourite day of the week. He had stayed up most of the night watching lines and curls be formed on his arms. Beautiful pictures and doodles created by his soulmate.

That was how everything worked in the world. Each person had one specific soulmate who they were destined to be together with forever but the only way they would be able to figure out who it was, was the writing on their body. It was a strange thing to be honest, yet Chanyeol admitted many times to his playful friend Jongdae that he was so lucky to have a soulmate out there in the world that could draw amazing yet cute pictures.

However, one sad thing about the whole situation was that the drawing on both persons skin would soon fade into nothing. It just added to the mystery of Chanyeol's heart.

He was a hopeless romantic and judging by the endless pictures of love hearts and flowers that naturally grew on his hand or arm, Chanyeol figured his soul-mate might be one too.

"Dude guess what!" Jongdae yelled into the red haired ear, making him hiss in anger.

"What is it now you troll"

"Harsh" Chanyeol rolled his eyes, looking back up to the top of the classroom before leaning his head down so his seat partner could continue talking. Much to Chanyeol's distaste.

"Minseok"

Chanyeol's eyebrows scrunched together in confusion, Jongdae quickly understanding with a soft huff.

"He's the name of my soul-mate you idiot!"

Chanyeol was taken aback. That was another rule. You couldn't write you're name out, it seemed that whenever he tried to, the ink would fade too quickly. Whenever he tried to write a message the ink would fade too quickly. It was part of the rules, and it annoyed practically everyone in the population.

Not many people liked the idea of having a soulmate. Not many people ended up liking their soulmates. And in turn they were the outcasts. Living on a dusty old island off the coast of America. Those who aloud the government to accept the soulmate finder DNA into them, passed it on to their children. Two of which were a tall red haired boy with elf ears and the other a small troll whose face looked like a manga character.

"How the hell did you figure that out?" Chanyeol hissed, not even paying attention to the teacher anymore.

"It took almost 2 months but I managed to crack his code"

Chanyeol raised a brow "Code?"

"Yeah, see" Chanyeol watched as Chen lifted his arm and pulled up the sleeve of his uniform sweater. Different numbers were displayed for his eyes to see and Chanyeol couldn't understand it.

"It took me awhile to figure out, but it's numbers to specific letters in the English alphabet"

Chanyeol sat shocked as he continued to listen to Chen's rambling. His heart hurting that he had never gotten something like that on his own body.

"Once I figured that out I write back my own"

"And he figured it out?"

Chanyeol watched as the numbers on Chen's arm started to fade, New ones forming at the base of his knuckles.

I'm in class you dumny!

A small smile broke on Chanyeol's face as he read the Korean words over and over again until they disappeared.

Kim Jongdae was one lucky man.

Baekhyun's p.o.v

"3, 8, 5, 14?"

"Chen, my soul-mate his name is Chen" Minseok grinned watching as the numbers faded into his skin.

He took one of my pens and began writing a small note on his hand. Explaining that he was in the middle of class and he shouldn't do anything.

I giggled as I watched a really bad image of a cat be drawn onto Minseok's thumb. It was small and suited him well. But he glared at it.

I had never really given thought into giving my soul-mate any hints of who I was or what my name was. It was too scary to be honest. I didn't know if it was a girl or a boy, not that I minded either of them, it's just the thought of being with someone forever is a scary thought. I understand that it means love and all but I get too scared easily.

I never know if he likes me or if he was a player...maybe she was gay and didn't want a boy like me as her soulmate. Maybe I'm too weak to be in a relationship. The only thing I was good at was drawing. It calmed me down most times from my thoughts. It never really bothered me that I had a soulmate watching me as I drew. To me he was a silent viewer. Who never intruppted me while I drew, never ruined any of my drawings as I went. Yet, he never wrote or drew anything back.

Today was different.

An unexpected feeling caused my hand to tingle, resulting me in dropping my blue pen that I had been using to take notes down.

Small images of a male body part took up my left wrist. My eyes widened yet I couldn't hold in my laughter. I giggled quietly while Minseok sent me a confused glance.

I leaned my wrist over to him and he chuckled shaking his head. "Ewww" he laughed "you're soulmate is dirty and perverted!"

I rolled my eyes at him, an idea popping into my head as I grabbed a marker from my pencil pouch and began drawing.

I transformed the dicks to different characters and scenes. They stopped appearing on my hand for a bit before I was shocked at the new formation.

:)

He had finally drew me something back.
