To Him

Two fire tongues,
Both tangled to the same log.
They approach, then they kiss,
And create one single flame.

Two musical notes,
Start with the same tempo.
They find each other in space,
And harmoniously hug.

Two waves that come together,
Dying over the same beach.
When they break and splatter,
Make one single silver bed.

Two smoke lines,
That rise up from a river.
They reunite at heaven,
Creating just one white cloud.

Two ideas that bloom,
Two kisses that explode,
Two echo that mix,

Those are our two souls.

-Alex.

This is one of my favorite poems in Spanish and I translated it.

I know it doesn't rhyme, but that's the idea.

Yours truly, reminding you how wonderful, beautiful and lovely you are,
