"Patrick Hockstetter how dare you!" You yell at the boy standing in front of you, tears spilling down your cheeks.
He had just killed your dog, your pet ever since you were 11. You cradled it in your arms, the cut marks all over him.
"I'm so sorry Y/N" His eyes were glossed over and you knew he meant it. But you couldn't forgive him.
"This wouldn't have happened if you would've took the medicine like your mom and I have been telling you to!" You continued to yell, and he flinched like a puppy being kicked harder and harder with each word.
He didn't say a thing, just squeezed his eyes shut and burst into tears.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." He continued to say beating his head against the wall.
"Patrick stop!" You rushes over to him and held his head close to you. He continued to bob his head back and forth like he was still hitting it.
"Shh.." You rubbed circles in his back.
"I'm here." You said slowly which seemed to calm him down a bit.
"I promise I'll take my pills Y/N, I don't want to be a monster anymore." He choked out.
"Okay baby." You weakly smile.
