Athena's strides were long, and she knew what she had to do. She walked over towards the gym and her breaths were short, she wanted to say goodbye to Elena. She wanted to tell Damon that she was sorry. She wanted to help Bonnie with her uncontrollable magic. Athena sighed and walked into the Gym, finding Klaus there with teenagers that were under his compulsion and Athena saw Elena cowering in fear as Stefan had an emotionless look in his eyes. "Klaus!" Athena yelled and everything in the room went silent.
The man smirked and crossed his arms over his chest. "Athena, a pleasure it is to see you." He told her and the girl looked at him with a dark look in her eyes.
She lifted her hand and his body flew to the door with a smack, and Stefan was about to attack Athena until she looked into his eyes. "Don't listen to Niklaus." She told him and his eyes lightened up as Athena kept Klaus down.
"Take Elena and the teens and get out of here." She stated and Stefan was about to say something only for her to push him away. "Now!" She yelled and she saw Klaus getting up as his bones were snapping back in place.
"Go!" She yelled and pushed their bodies out of the Gym and Klaus stalked his way over to the girl.
"I see that you have gotten your anger back." He laughed and the girl held her head up high.
She growled slightly and shook her head. "I'm going to kill you." She stated and Klaus laughed at her.
"Really? Come now, Athena, I thought you were smarter than this." He chuckled and the girl got ready to fight. She was building up her energy.
"You can't kill me, the bond will stop you." He told the girl and she lifted up her hair to the left side of her neck and showed off the bite mark that healed and she smirked.
"I don't have the bond." She mumbled and with that she muttered the incantation and Klaus' body fell to the ground as his eyes and nose and mouth filled with blood.
It poured onto the ground like water spilling from an overflowing sink. "You killed my mother." She stated and twisted her hand further, causing Klaus to scream in pain. "You tried to control me, and I will let you know one thing." She whispered as she stopped, allowing Klaus to breath and he looked up at her with anger. "I can't be tamed." She told him and she was about to take her hand into his chest, only for Klaus to take Athena's neck into his hand and she gasped in pain while trying to remove it.
"Well lucky me." He hissed and the girl cried as she twisted her legs and her foot his the side of his face and he let go while she landed gracefully onto the floor.
"You couldn't have said it better." She mumbled and she screamed as she got ready to fight.
