Athena watched as Elena signed the lease for the Salvatore boarding house and she stayed by Damon's side while she thought about the previous events. Elijah being daggered, the baby being removed and into the loving family she knew when she was a child, and now Klaus is here and looking for her and Elena. She sighed and felt Damon's hand circle around her's. "You really think Bonnie can take on Klaus?" Damon asked and the girl rolls her eyes.
"She said she could channel enough witches' power to kill him, including Athena's." He stated and the girl shakes her head.
"Last time I did that, she juice boxed me. I'm letting her take as much as she needs before." She told the vampire as he nods.
"Elijah thought that would work and he was an original, so." Stefan explained.
"We just need to find him." Damon stated and Athena looks at him.
"We can't use any magic, because we don't have anything that's his and we don't know what he looks like." She told the man.
"Do you think he killed her?" Damon asked while Athena looked at him worriedly.
"Katherine? Probably." Stefan said nonchalant.
Athena shook her head. "If I was Klaus and looked for her for over five hundred years, I wouldn't just kill them." She mumbled as Damon raised an eyebrow.
The girl smiled as Damon laughed and kissed her cheek. Elena then opened the door and Athena smiled widely while walking inside and hugging the girl. That's when the boys tried to, and stopped. Elena stopped and looked back in shock. "I'm sorry, I completely forgot. Stefan. Would you like to come inside my house?" She asked and Stefan smiled while walking inside.
Elena looked at Athena who gave her a slight glare. "Damon, you can come in." She stated and Athena smirked while hugging her boyfriend.
Bonnie then came by while the girl handed Elena her jacket. "Thanks." She muttered.
"Wait, where are you going?" Stefan asked and Bonnie hiked up her purse.
"To school." She answered shortly.
"No, no, no. We didn't create a safe house for you to leave it." Damon stated.
"Yeah, guys, Klaus is out there. We know that." Stefan told them as Elena sighed.
"Right, but where? No one knows. Look, I really appreciate what you guys are doing. And I'll be able to sleep at night knowing that I'll be safe here, but I'm not going to be prisoner. And if it makes you feel better, I'll take the angel with me." She told them as Athena's eyes widened.
