(Y/n POV)

I walked along the city, seeing people walking by and cars honking.

I walked along the street to the address this package is assigned to.

When I got to the house, I knocked on the door and waited.

An old woman with pink hair and a yellow dress came and answered.

"Hi, delivery for a Mr. Aoba Seragaki?" I said, reading the name on the package.

"Hold on a second." the woman said, closing the door.

A couple minutes later, a guy with blue hair opened the door.

Wait! It was him!

"Hey." he said.

"Are you Aoba Seragaki?" I asked, he nodded.

"I never got your name. Nice to meet you..." he trailed off, as if waiting for my name.

"(Y/n). (Y/n) (L/n). Nice to meet you too Aoba." I said with a kind smile.

"Oh, I almost forgot." I pulled out a clipboard. "Sign here please." I said pulling out a pen.

He took the pen and scribbled something.

"And, thank you again, for saving me." I said.

"It was no problem."

But, a pain started to pound in my head.

"Gr! Ah!" I groaned, grabbing my head in pain.

"Hey, are you OK?" Aoba asked.

"Y-yeah...I'm fine. Just pain." I said.

"Here, why don't you come in. My grandma's making something and Im sure you'll like it." he said, opening the door even more, wide enough for me to enter. "Are you sure? I don't wanna be a bother." I said nervously.

"C'mon, you deserve it after what happened back there." he said.

I thought about it for a while.

"Alright." I said.

(Time Skip)

"Wow. That was amazing Ms. Tae!" I said, smiling as I put down my bowl.

"Heh. It was nothing, really." she scoffed, drinking her drink.

"Hey grandma? You got any more of that medicine? She seems to have major headaches. Kinda like me. So, would you happen to have any more?" he asked.

"I think its upstairs in the cabinet." she said.

Aoba ran upstairs.

Something brushed up against my leg. I freaked out.

"AAAH!" I said jumping up, but then saw a small blue dog.

"Oh thank god..sorry.." I apologized.

"Its ok. Sorry I startled you." he said. An Allmate, huh? Ice been thinking of getting one. I just haven't had time.

"What's your name?" I asked, bending down to his level.

"My name is Ren." said the Allmate dog.

"My name is (Y/n). It's nice to meet you Ren." is said.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance." he said.

He seemed to be very calm and polite. Although he's super cute, his tongue was hanging out, his puffball tail, and his tiny legs.

"Can I pet you?" I asked.

"Sure." he said, jumping up in my lap.

I ran my hand down his back, feeling his soft fur. For an Allmate, they sure do feel so soft and cuddly.

I then saw Aoba run down the stairs.

"Heads up (Y/n)!" he said throwing something.

I caught it in my hand perfectly.

A bottle of pills.

"Where did you get these?" I asked. "My grandma used to be a doctor."

"Shut your cakehole!" she shouted.

I laughed along with Aoba.

"I see that you've met Ren." he noticed, looking at the Allmate in my lap.

"He sure is cute." I said, looking down at Ren, scratching him behind his ears.

"Where's your Allmate?" Aoba asked.

"I don't have one. I've been considering in getting one, I just haven't had the time, with work and some other business. I've been thinking of quitting my job and resigning. I don't get paid much where I'm at right now but. I haven't had much luck finding a new place yet." I explained. "Plus they're kinda expensive." I added.

"Wait, you said you wanted to resign to a new place?" Aoba reminded.

"Yeah...?" I said, getting back up on my feet.

"Y'know, I could use some help at my job. Wanna give me a hand?" Aoba asked.

"Sure! I'll tell my boss that I'm gonna be resigning." I said.

Then a thought came to me.

"Oh crap! I just realized that I just got kicked out of my apartment! Shit!"

"You can stay here! Is that OK Grandma?" Aoba asked.

"Sure, just don't trash the place!" she ordered, pointing a wooden spoon to my chest.

I put my hands up in surrender.

"I won't, I won't! I promise!" I said, slightly scared of this woman.

"You can stay in the guest room." Aoba said.

"OK." I replied.

I walked up the stairs and followed Aoba into the guest room.

When I arrived at the room, it wad right next to Aoba's room. Just great!

Note sarcasm.

"Well, see you tommorow. Night!" Aoba said, closing his door to his room.

"Good night!" I said back.

I took a quick shower, brushed my teeth and hair, and put on my night clothes.

I hopped into bed, cuddling into the covers.

I felt my eyes droop closed.

I soon fell into a deep sleep.

For once, having good dreams.
