"Kenzie! Wake up," Elena yelled shaking me.

I yawned and got ready, Bonnie was coming back today!

~

I ran up to Bonnie, Elena and Caroline and threw my arms around Bonnie.

"I missed you sooo much Bon," I said pulling away.

She faintly smiled.

"Mackenzie, remember how you signed up for Miss Mystic Falls?" Elena asked me.

I nodded, pretending to remember when I actually totally forgot.

I looked down frowning, "Are you gonna drop out?" Caroline asked, being nosy like usual.

I couldn't...

"I cant," I said replying.

"Why?" Caroline questioned.  Her snobbiness was obvious, I knew what she was thinking.  One less girl, one less opponent for her!

"Because, her mom wanted her to do it." Bonnie said sympathetically.

I lightened the mood, "Why aren't you doing it Elena?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

Elena laughed, "I did it last year, it's your turn."

"Well, I don't have a date!"

"Stefan will be your date," Elena smiled.

I rolled my eyes and nodded, then we headed home.  Of course she found a way to keep me into doing this.
~

I sat in Mystic Grill twirling my straw connected to my lemonade.

*beep beep*

I looked at my phone.

From: Elena

Hey go to the school there is routine practice for Miss Mystic, Stefan will meet you.

I groaned and got up heading to the school.

Walking in the school I spotted Stefan and waved approaching him.

"Hey!" I greeted with a big fake smile.

"Hi," Stefan replied.

"Thank you so much for being my date, it means a lot." I thanked, placing my hand on his shoulder.

He nodded and we started our routine.

"Right hand," Mrs. Lockwood instructed.

We put our right hand up and put them together, almost touching as we strolled in a circle.

"Flirt with your eyes," Mrs. Lockwood continued.

I moved my eyes uncontrollable as did Stefan.  We bursted out laughing but soon regained our posture.

"Both hands," Mrs.Lockwood concluded.

"This is no fun," I frowned.

"Because you don't know how to do it," Stefan remarked.

Stefan connected our hands and dipped me, I bursted out laughing once again.

Mrs. Lockwood quickly approached us.

"No touching during this part of the dance!" Mrs. Lockwood snapped.

"Nice job Amber!" she smiled.

I rolled my eyes and we continued to laugh.

After the routine I walked to my car, heading home.

I saw a car by mine and someone jumped out of it.
