Jason's POV I walk down the hallway with Ellie and I rub the back of her hand with my thumb. I don't want her to leave but I understand she has to go back home. Plus she has school tomorrow.
We get in the back of the car and I tell the driver Ellie's address. She yawns and I tell her the drive will be almost 2 hours. She rests her head against my lap and closes her eyes.

I stare at Ellie's face and I smile. I like being around her and I wish she didn't have to leave. I know she has a childish personality but that makes her adorable and I know she's a bright girl. I rest my hand against her side and look out the window.
