Ellie's POV
I look up at McKenzie and Joey and see they're staring at me. "Why are you staring at me?" I ask them confused. "You've been on your phone the whole lunch and you keep smiling at it." McKenzie responds and I mutter an 'oh'.
"Who is it?" Joey asks. I look up at him him confused, "What do you mean?" They groan and I take a bite of my sandwich. "The guy you're texting." I make and 'O' shape with my mouth and swallow my food, "It's my brother." I lie.
"Sure it is and I'm Beyoncé." McKenzie says picking at her food. "It is!" I protest. My phone buzzes and I quickly check it. Not Jason. I sigh and put it in my bag.
Only 3 more hours.
