Chapter Sixteen~

Everyone laid down their sleeping bags as it was getting to midnight and people were tired.

"Okay, does anyone need anything cause I don't wanna be woken up by people stepping on my hair in three hours." Lilith said.

"I'm gonna get some water, is that okay?" Devon asked. "That's cool, snowcap dude." Torch said.

Devon nodded as to say thanks before walking out of the room and into the kitchen. Once Devon entered the kitchen a figure pops out from behind the counter. It spoOKED Devon so much that he almost fell. "A-Alina!" HE exclaimed. A grin appeared on Alina's face. "Sooo, Devon, wanna spill the beans on what happened earlier. Ya'know in my bathroom." she said.

Devon felt his face heat up. "W-We were just following the rules.. W-we were just talking and he kissed me." HE said.

"Aw, come on, Devon, give me more detail!" Alina exclaimed. "Okay okay.. So we went in there and we were just talking, next thing I know he put me on a stool and then he kissed me." Devon said. Alina's smile became even bigger. "AWWE Was it a good kiss!!?" she asked. Devon pulled his shirt over his face and softly nodded.

All of a sudden there was the noise of someone stumble and run up the stairs.

"...What was that..?" Alina asked. "I-I don't know." Devon said, going towards the stairs. "I-Is there anything there?" Alina asked. "J-Just a sock, it wasn't here before." Devon said. Alina walked over to the sock. "..Weird." she said. "Who's is it?" Devon asked. "Its definitely not from me, or Lilith, or my mom. Its way too big for our feet." Alina said.

"Is it your dad's?" Devon asked.

Alina inspected the sock further without touching it. "No, he wears a different brand."

"Okay then who here wears this type and size?" Devon asked.

"I don't know about you Devon, but i don't check the type of sock everyone wears and their size." Alina said. "You're right, should we just forget about it?" Devon asked. "What are we gonna do with it?"

"Just leave it here? Or take it up to the others?" Devon asked. "I guess we should check if it belongs to anyone?" Alina said. "Okay." Devons said before they went upstairs.

"Hey um.. Is this anyone's sock?" Devon asked.

"It's not mine." answered Torch.

"Tsuki~chans socks are pink" Tsuki~chan said.

"Mine are black." mumbled Aiden.

"It's not mine either." Lucus said.

"Mine have diamonds on them." Terona said.

"Mm, not mine." Damien said.

Alina looked around at everyone's feet, though she missed Zeke's because his were under his blanket. "Assuming it's not Myla's I guess it doesn't belong to anyone here. I guess I'll just throw it away then." she said. Everyone shrugged and went back to what they were doing. Devon went over and tossed it in the trash, sitting down on his sleeping bag when he was done.

"That was so weird. Just a random sock on the steps, huh." Alina said. "Yeah, it is weird." Devon agreed.

Unnoticed by anyone Zeke started to sweat nervously. "So all weird socks aside, what do we do now?" Myla asked. "We could tell scary stories?" Torch suggested. "I love that idea." Terona said. "Wait, wait, wait, wait.. Sc-scary stories?" Tsuki~chan asked.

"Yup, just some good ol' ghost stories with a guy who had bloody fingers." Terona said. "Bu-but Tsuki~chan doesn't like scary things." Tsuki~chan said.
