Peter's pov
"What are going to do," Cassy asks me
"Your gonna take of yourself and our son while I go kick the Dark One's ass,"
"Peter. Are you sure that's a smart idea. I mean. Your gonna be a father in a few short months,"
"I won't have a son to be a father to if I don't do this," I say
"Alright. Just-just be safe. Take your gun. I have faith in you. I love you,"
"Thanks. Love you guys too," I say and smile before slipping out the door
I arrive at Gold's and I knock on the door.
"What brings you here pan," I hear from behind me
I clench my teeth and turn around
"I wanna make a deal," I state
"Well. You know I can't resist that,"
"You will leave my wife, my son, and I ALONE," I say
"And what do I get," he asks leaning on his cane
"What do you want. Other than my family,"
"You have to let me do something to you,"
"What,"
"Drink this," he says and hands me a bottle
"Will it kill me," I ask and look at the liquid inside it
"No. It will do something good and bad for the both of us,"
"Fine. Deal," I say and chug the drink, "Now leave my family alone!"
"Oh. I will dearie," he says and disappears
On the way home I pass granny's. I open my mouth to say my order when I get extremely dizzy. I grab the counter for support. I look around and see Red. Her mouths moving but nothin is coming out.
All of a sudden my legs give out and the world goes black.
Cassy's pov
"Your daddy and I love you very much. That's why he did what he did," I say rubbing my bump while sitting next to Peter's bed.
"Has he woken up yet," Emma asks entering the hospital room
"No. But the doctor said any minute now," I say and grab Peter's hand.
"Ok. Well come out here and tell us when he wakes up,"
"I will," I say as she leaves.
I get up and go to the window. I smile remembering when I was in this hospital he didn't give up on me.
I hear a groan behind me and I turn around to see Peter squinting.
"Hey. Your awake," I say
"What happened," he asks grabbing his head
"You passed out at granny's and wouldn't wake up,"
"No. There is a reason I did. I-i think I have magic again," he says
"What? How," I ask and sit next to him
"Rumplestilskin," he mumbles
My happiness falls
"What. What did you do," I ask
"I drank something. He said he'd leave us and our alone if I did. He said it would do both good and bad for Stilskin and I. I think this is what he meant,"
"How would it be bad and good,"
"Because magic is good and bad. You can be light or dark and it's easy to turn. And magic comes with responsibility. And if I have bad magic Rumplestilskin will be able to use me. But if it's good I can defeat him," he says
"So he's scared you'll kill him. But he knows there is a chance you'll become dark again," I ask
"Yeah. I can't go dark. Not again. I have bigger things right now,"
"Yeah. And I believe in you. You won't go dark,"
"Thanks. You know what. I won't use magic unless its an emergency and I half to," he says and smiles
"That sounds like a good plan," I say and kiss him
I check him out of the hospital and Emma drives us home.
He's gonna be the best father ever.
