And so it was, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. So Joshua defeated Amalek, and his people with the edge of the sword. Exodus 17:11-13 NKJV
God's Word
God once more does miraculous things for Israel by making water flow from the rock. And then, they fight the Amalekites, when Moses raises up his hand, they prevailed, only when he let it down the Amalekites prevailed. Then Aaron and Hur supporting the hands of Moses to be still up, so that, Joshua and the children of Israel won the battle.
Moses is the one that God had appointed to become their leader. The fight that they have faced with Amalekites is a test of obedience and support to their leader. Many people nowadays doesn't obey nor support their leaders that's why the organization where they belong doesn't grow faster. But again, it is the Lord who chose authorities.
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Romans 13:1 NKJV
Therefore, we must support our leaders. Even though it is hard, the victory of our leader is also our victory. If we see our leader struggling for something, let us help him and be a part of his struggle. It came to pass in my life that I was applying to go abroad and already take an interview. Because I see that almost all of my co-workers in the Lord had already their own job. Then one day, my leader talk to me and said, "If it is ok, would you stay here in church because many of you are now working." And with a heart that is willing to obey I said, "Yes, I will." Then I have focused myself to train people by winning, consolidating, discipling and sending. As I obey my leader, the blessings follows me. I have continued my studying and I have found my families. I see that the great blessing from God will be given to you through your submission to your leader. Support our leader and let us pray for them.

God's Promises
He will give me a heart that is willing to obey and submit to my leader
Life Application
I will support my leader since it is the Lord who appointed him to do His will
