Ace stared at the wreckage as a gigantic portal opened up underneath it, bringing the destroyed pieces of the airship inside of it. "Damn, I wonder where that's going. I'd better get off of this thing." Ace said. Ace crawled to the front of the helicopter and signaled  the pilot to land in a safe area. The helicopter turned and headed for a forested area outside of the city, near the ocean. Before they landed, an Azrathian attack helicopter shot them out of the sky. The  left engine and the pilot were hit, and Ace struggled as the aircraft began to spiral out of control, causing Ace to slide down. Ace used his sword to stop himself, and Ace crawled back to the front and bashed the window in and crawled inside. Ace looked around, searching for anything to help not get him killed. Ace found a parachute, and pressed the emergency button to open the cargo doors, and jumped out.

Ace was in freefall, approaching the ground fast. Ace pulled the wire, releasing the parachute, allowing Ace to steadily decline into the forest. The parachute gets caught in the trees, and Ace cut the strings, and Ace gently fell onto a branch. "Ace, Ace! Do you read this channel?" Nadellia said over the intercom. "Loud and clear, what is it?" Ace asked. "Thank goodness you're alive, where are you located, me and Knight have touched down inside the city." Nadellia said. "I'm in the Varated Nature Reserve. Just outside the city." Ace said. "Okay, I will be there in-" The intercom lines were cut off. Ace tried to get a decent signal, but it was as if there was a huge black out. Ace heard a group of people talking in t he distance. Ace crept through the forest and came across a rebel talking with a man in a different military combat uniform than the D.M.C, and this raised suspicion about what was going on in the shadows. "Rebels and The Corporation? Here? But why?" Ace thought in his head. Ace passed by, and searched the surrounding area, "A rebel outpost. There's something new." Ace said. Ace scoped the area, identifying several men with rifles, snipers, guys carrying machetes that were all making sure no one was getting in. Ace took out his bow, and killed a sniper two-hundred meters away, and Ace slowly made his way inside the outpost. Ace quietly took out most of the guards in the camp, and snuck his way inside the building, and inspected the computers.

On the computers, Ace found out that the rebels were getting their weapons from the Corporation, cartels, agencies, and found weapons inside abandoned warehouses from the wars from twenty years ago. "Geez, they have a whole operation going on." Ace thought to himself. Suddenly a bunch of gunfire sounded, and yells were assaulting the silence, Ace left the building and climbed up onto the roof. Rebels were escorting a Corporation specialist to a helicopter, as an army of D.M.C military troops were pushing at them. Ace darted around the outpost, clearing the snipers, and any rebels in the area. The specialist was captured, and it had been revealed that Ulgore's attack on New Alexandria, isn't on intent to kill the legendary warriors, it was because many Atherial and Revenant gods had claimed that land as theirs, but us humans were populating the land. They are only causing this destruction to extract an artifact within the Earth. "They are bringing in excavation machines, they are going to fly in over the city and start digging away, looking for what they need." The Specialist laughed, as a ship suddenly came through a portal. The ship appeared badly damaged, as fires and pieces were falling off of it as it fell to the ground. In the distance it collided with the ground in a fireball, and smoke filled the forest. The shockwave knocked everyone to the floor, and destroyed the outpost that they were in. A Marine was yelling in the distance. "Desert team. Desert team, respond. What the hell just fell out of the sky." The marine yelled out. Ace remained on the floor, but Ace saw a figure walking by. It walked like a human, but it wasn't human, or from the dimensions he'd seen. It was huge and looked muscular, with a blade protruding out of their forearms, and looked menacing
