The next day passes uneventfully.
Adalie's friend, Esa, and I have bonded over the fact we both can't wait for summer.
"Fourteen days," she says as we walk into the library for lunch.
"Two weeks" I shoot back.
"11 school days," she responds.
"336 hours," I fire back.
"Can't come soon enough," Esa says plopping down on a chair.
