To my surprise, she doesn't ignore me in history.
She talks to me as if nothing happened.
She chats about the dance,
And loudly says how annoying and immature some boys are.
The boy,
The troublemaker,
The rat,
Flushes crimson and pulls the book to his face
But I can still see that the tips of his ears are red.
We silently giggle
And then return to work.
