Overprotective Sister

"NOPE." Mabel exclaimed as Dipper told her who he had met. He tilted his head, confused. "Dipper we all know what the girls in the past have done."

"Mabel, you don't have to worry about me!" Dipper frowned, getting real fed up with his sister.

"I'm older than you." She responded.

He scoffed, "yeah by five minutes."

"She's going to be like all the other girls." Mabel lied.

"Yeah I doubt that." He sighed. "Mabel, what's up? Why are you doing this?"

She frowned, "it's because you've gotten hurt to much."

"When we lived our parents yeah, but not here." He replied. "And Pacifica is different."

"How do you know that?" She asked, whipping around and staring straight at him. "I'm not sure if you remember this but the second Journal said 'Trust No One' in all caps!"

"But I know I can trust her." He insisted. "Why won't you let me make decisions for myself?"

"Because if you make decisions for yourself, you're going to end up broken-hearted all over again." Mabel sighed, she was tired of having to explain this to Dipper. She hated seeing him upset, because they were so close ever since their parents left them with their uncles.

"But don't you see how happy she makes me?" He finally asked. "Would you rather I didn't have that happiness?"

"I-" but she couldn't think of anything to counter that. She wanted him to be happy but not with someone who'd treat him bad.

Seeing that he'd beaten his sister, he began to walk to the front door. "Now if you don't mind, I'm going out to see Pacifica." The door slammed in his wake and Mabel quickly pulled out her phone from her back pocket. She found Pacifica's number and texted her with a short sweet message; u do this rght, we have no problems. U do this wrong, u burn!
