You put the freshly baked cupcakes behind the counter and focus back on the magazine you were reading. It's summer and because your mom and dad promised to pay you, you're working in the family bakery. It's already pretty late and there aren't many customers. None to be exact. Suddenly a bell brings you out of your trance and you look up.

A handsome guy around your age walks inside and sits down at an empty table in the corner of the bakery. You close your magazine, straighten your skirt and walk towards him with a piece of paper and a pen to write down his order. "Hello. How can I help you?" The guy looks up and gives you an angelic smile. "Hi, can I get a latte and maybe one of those cupcake I saw behind the counter?" You nod and write down his order. "I'll be right back."

You smile and go get his order. You make the latte and put one of the cupcakes on a plate. You walk back to the guy and put everything on the table in front of him. "There you go. That's 5 dollars please." He takes his wallet and gives you to money. "My name's Hoseok by the way." The guy, Hoseok, says. "I'm Y/N. Nice to meet you." He smiles again and takes a sip from his latte.

"Tastes great. Hey eumh, it doesn't look like it's super busy today so maybe you could join me? I could use the company." You smile and nod. "I'll go get myself a coffee first." He nods and after making a coffee, you sit down in front of him.

"So, as you know, my name's Hoseok. I'm 22 years old." "Well, I'm Y/N, and I'm 20 years old. What's your hobby?" He chuckles. "You really don't have an idea of who I am do you?" You raise an eyebrow and shake your head. "I'm an idol. I'm in BTS, but I'm not surprised that you don't know who I am."

When he says that you suddenly recognise him. You watch videos of bts all the time, but now that one of them is actually in front of you, you can't recognise him. But, he's J-Hope!

"I do know bts, I just didn't recognise you, sorry. It's late and well, you seem really tired plus you're not wearing make up." He nods and looks down. "But what did you mean with that no one notices you anyway?"

He chuckles darkly. "I'm the useless member. I'm not as hot as the rest of them, I'm not a better rapper than Suga and Namjoon, I'm a dancer, but Jimin's too so ofcourse they recognise him more." You put your hand on his arm. "Shut up. From everything I saw on the videos, I can assure you that you're not useless. You were actually the one that caught my attention first." And that's not a lie, he was in fact the one that immediately jumped in your eyes.

He smiles softly. "Well, then you're an exception." You sigh. "Hoseok, we haven't been talking for a long time, but trust me when I say that you're an awesome human being and you're an awesome rapper and a great dancer.

Hoseok looks up and smiles gently. "Thanks Y/N. I guess that's what I needed to hear now." You nod and finish your coffee. Hoseok finishes his latte and starts with his cupcake. He breaks off a piece and gives it to you. "Thanks."

"Y/N! Come help me with the dishes!" Your mom shouts from the kitchen. "Well, I have to go but can I see you again sometime?" Hoseok smiles brightly. "Duh! Do you have a piece of paper? I'll give you my number." You hand him a piece of paper and a pen and he writes down his phone number. You rip off a piece of paper and write your number down for him as well.

You smile and after giving a hug, Hoseok leaves the bakery and you walk into the kitchen. Who would've thought that a boring day in the bakery would end up with you having a conversation with BTS's J-Hope.

When you put the last plate in the cupboard you feel your phone vibrate in the pocket of your skirt. You take it out and see that you have a message from Hoseok.

Hoseok: hi y/n, I know this is fast but I was wondering if you are free tomorrow night. Maybe we could go for a movie? Hope to see you soon! Hoseok xx

You smile at your screen and send him a reply.

You: I'm free tomorrow, lets meet up at the movie theatre at 10 pm? Y/n xx

And that's how the love story of Y/N and Jung Hoseok started. That one evening that decided the rest of their lives.
