Jungkook ~birthday

Hi sweetheart! I'm really sorry that I can't be here to celebrate your birthday with you. It's just that the hyungs and I have been very busy with schedule lately and I really can't make it back in time to Seoul. I promise that I'll call you as soon as I have some time and we'll celebrate your birthday when I get back home!

You stick the note back on the fridge and sigh deeply. It's really hard to not see Jungkook as much as you would want, but you understand that his life is very hectic and busy.

However, you did hope that you could at least spend your birthday together. Kookie left early to go to the studio and afterwards he'll immediately leave to Bangkok, where they will have a few concerts.

That meant that he would be gone for at least two weeks and guess what, your birthday is tomorrow. What an awesome early birthday gift.

You sigh and decide to watch a movie. However, you can't really focus on the story because your mind keeps wandering off to Jungkook. He promised that he would make this your best birthday ever, looks like that isn't going to happen.

-next day-

You wake up and even though you know that Jungkook has already landed in Bangkok, you still kind of hoped that it would be a bad dream and that he would be here when you woke up.

You get out of bed and take a long, hot shower. Afterwards you put on your favourite pair of black skinny jeans and a blue T-shirt. You enter the kitchen and look at your phone. A lot of texts from your friends and family, even texts from the BTS members, but not a text from your boyfriend.

The hours pass by and you still didn't recieve a text from him and he also didn't call you. Unbelievebly! He forgot your birthday!

Your friends said they were going to take you out to a club for your birthday, but you weren't feeling like going anywhere. You called your friends and even told them you weren't feeling very well. They said that it was okay and that they would take you out when you're were feeling better.

It was already 11pm. Only an hour to go until your birthday was over. You sit down on the couch take the book you're currently reading from the table. You've read only five pages when someone knocks on your frontdoor. You don't expect anyone so you kind of freak out.

You slowly walk towards the door and open it only a few inches so you can look outside. There's a person in a black hoodie. His back is turned in your direction so you can't see his face.

Suddenly, the person turns around and Jungkook stands in front of you. "Kookie?! Aren't you supposed to be in Bangkok?!" Jungkook steps inside your house and gives you a hug. "And miss the birthday of my girlfriend? Never!"

You smile happily and kiss him softly on his lips. He takes off his shoes and enters your living room. He sits down on the couch and you sit down next to him. He opens his backpack and gives you a wrapped up gift. You take the gift and open it.

Inside is a photo album with all of the pictures of you two together in it. Together, you look at the pictures and talk about the time when they were taken and what you guys were doing.

"You didn't really think I would forget your birthday right?" He asks when you looked at all the pictures. "Maybe?" Jungkook sighs and gives you a hug. "I would never ever do that!" You smile and rest your head on his shoulder.

"Happy birthday Y/N." "Thanks Kookie."
