Jin drove the two of you to the zoo because neither of you have your driver's license. "I'll pick you guys up tonight at 7pm!" Jin yells when he drives off again. V takes your hand and drags you to the entrance. He pays for both of your tickets eventhough you wanted to pay. How typical.
"What animals should we see first?" You ask. V thinks about it. "The giraffes!" V yells excitedly. You look at your map and go find the giraffes. When you arrive there? You see that you can walk onto a staircase which leads to a platform. You see that the people up there are petting the giraffes and to your big surprise, there aren't that many people up there.
"V! look!" You point at the platform. He nods and you walk to the platform and wait for a giraffe to come close enough so that you can pet it. After a while, one of the giraffes walks towards the two of you so you reach out to pet the giraffe. The animal walks even closer so both you and V can pet it.

"Let me take a picture of you with our new friend." V says. You stand next to the giraffe and V takes out his phone to take a picture. "Smileeeee." He says. You smile as brightly as you can.
After petting the giraffe you both feel like having an ice-cream so you wait in line to buy some. "You know what, it's actually nice to not have fans all around me the entire day. It's nice that I can finally enjoy my free day without having to worry about someone ruining our day. Don't get me wrong, I love our fans, but you get what I mean." You nod and give V a hug.
You wish he didn't just say that, because the moment you let go of him, you see, from the corner of your eye, three girls running towards the two of you while screaming.
There we go again. You think when the girls reach the two of you and start asking a bunch of questions to your boyfriend. V stays very calm and answers the questions the best he can and he even gives them a signature.
"Are you and Taehyung dating?" At first you don't even notice that a girl is talking to you, but you turn around and see her standing next to you with a friendly smile on her face.
You sigh and look at V. "Yes. But sometimes it feels like we're not." She nods and chuckles. "I know what you feel." She says. You raise and eyebrow and turn around. "How come?" You ask curiously.
"Well, have you heard about the group Monsta X? One of their members, Wonho, is my boyfriend since last summer. I thought it wouldn't be that hard to date an idol but it is." You nod and look at V again.
He's also looking at you and says sorry to you trough his eyes.
You smile, letting him know that it's okay.
"I miss him alot when I don't see him, but that also makes it that I enjoy the times when we are together more that I would've if I was able to see him every day." The girl nods.
"My name is Yuna by the way." She says. "Valerie, but everyone calls me Val." You answer. You continue talking for a while until you feel someone wrapping his arms around you.
Your first instinct is to break free, but then you realize it's V and you relax.
"V, this is Yuna. Yuna, this is V." You say. They shake hands. "I'll leave the two of you alone now. Maybe we can hang out sometime?" She asks at you.
You nod and you and V start walking again. "Sorry for earlier, I seriously thought the fans wouldn't find me today." He says with a deep sigh.
"It's okay. Maybe we can go see the snakes now? You know how much I love them!" You propose hopefull. V chuckles and nods. "Come on! I'm pretty sure they are that way." He says while pointing into a direction.
"You know, if Hobie-hyung was here, he would've screamed like a girl. Remember that time me and the members went on a trip to Malaysia and we went to the zoo?" You nod and laugh while thinking of that time you watched the video of that man puttig a snake around Hobie. He screamed higher than you could ever scream.
"V? After we saw the snakes we could go see the cameleons right?" "Sure. Whatever you want my love." He says. You give him a kiss on his cheek and you continue walking and having a great day after all.
When Jin picks the two of you up you're actually sat that the trip is already over, but you know that you'll probably come back here in the near future, together with V ofcourse.
