I stood in front of the floor length mirror. Black pencil skirt with a red blouse with Ruffles around the collar. Bruce walked in.
"No. No red." He walked over to the closet of clothes hat he had Alfred buy me. He pulled out a similar blouse, but blue.
"But..." I frowned as I looked down at the blue fabric.
"I suppose it's okay," Bruce placed it back in the closet. He picked up a pair of black pumps. They were very professional, "Here..." I took them from him and slipped them on. I tied my hair into a bun. I reached into my purse and pulled my glasses out. I looked in the mirror. I looked like... Me. I haven't felt normal in a long time. Bruce walked up behind me and hugged me from the back.
"I feel odd... But normal." I smiled.
"You look beautiful." He kissed my neck. I felt butterflies in my stomach. It scared me.
"Let's get this show on the road!" I smiled as I grabbed my purse and walked out.
