"Akala ko talaga tatanda na ako ng walang kasama. But look at me, I am big as a house but I'm happy as I can ever be. I can't wait for my twins to be born soon." She said as she caressed her big tummy. Gie has that mommy glow. Lucky her, her marriage may have started in a wrong way but at least she is happy now. She's only 28 and she looks more accomplished than I do.

"Nonsense Gie, you are an amazing woman. No wonder Levi's head over heels inlove with you." Sagot ko. I knew Garnet a long time ago, she was two years younger than me. She was on her first year when I was in my in-house review, since I got accelerated twice. Akala ko nga sila ni Thomas ang magkakatuluyan. But fate really worked its magic this time.

Thinking about my stupid self falling for a man like Chancellor. Thinking about how dense I was pag dating sa kanya. Lakas kasi makatanga kapag siya na ang kaharap ko. She just looked at me for awhile. "Is Cael still in the picture?" Tanong niya. Napaisip din ako, I tried imagining myself with Cael. Growing old with him, having kids with him, building our life together. Pero hindi ko na kayang isipin yun ngayon tulad ng dati. He's so out of place. Pakiramdam ko mali na andoon siya.

Napangiti si Gie when she saw my reaction, "Ate, there's someone else. Not Cael, pero iba na kumukunsumo sa puso mo." She said with confidence. Is it that obvious?

I turned mute. I scanned my brain for a topic to discuss. Kahit na ano, wag lang ang love life ko. "Oh, Q shoot me a mail last week. Uuwi raw pala siya rito?"

Tumango siya, "Yeah, nag-email din nga sa akin ang babaeng yun. She was asking me kung gusto raw ni Lev na maki-team up sa kanya. She's planning on erecting her business here in the Philippines." Sagot niya. Napatango ako.

Oo nga, naghahanap nga rin siya ng Engineers for her soon-business. Naisip ko nga agad si Chance, pero we're not in good terms kaya wag na lang.

We heard the chimes of the coffee shop ringing kaya napalingon kami. We saw Gie's husband walking to where we are. "Andito na ang sundo ko." Tugon ni Gie, I caught her sheepish smile with it.

"Ate Amy." Bati sa akin ni Levi sabay halik sa pisngi ko. Saka siya lumapit sa asawa niya, "Hello my beautiful wife." He remarked sabay halik sa asawa niya. "Hello my babies. Did you miss daddy?" Aniya sabay halik sa tiyan ni Gie.

Napatitig ako sa kanila dalawa. Yun lang din naman ang gusto ko sa buhay, the thing they have. Just like what teleseryes do with their OTP. Yung gumagawa talaga ng paraan ang writers na magkatuluyan ang dalawang character na may gusto sa isa't-isa.
