  --Melissa's POV--
I really didn't want to go to that party. My life felt so worthless, so empty. I didn't feel like partying I wanted to be with Ethan. But I can't...because I'm stupid and jealousy took over me. I put on a black dress with pearls, black high heals with diamonds, and I grabbed a black purse along with black diamonds....and the promise ring. I looked at my self one more time in the mirror and heard a knock at the door.

"Hi jack!" I hugged him tight

"Mel! Your so big! And obviously beautiful"

"Thanks. Ready?" I said walking out

"Yeah let's go"

-at the party-
I walked through the door and there were people dancing everywhere. I walked over to the kitchen not knowing where else to go. In the process I lost jack so I was alone. I got to the kitchen right when I entered I saw Ethan and Grayson standing there.

"Bro you need to tell her" Grayson whispered

"I-I know! I miss her so much..."

"I know I know bro" Grayson rubbed his back

"Fuck Mel!!" He screamed and started sobbing. Luckily the music was way louder. I just stared at him with tears in my eyes. And he looked up and saw me.

"Mel..." I didn't want to talk so I pushed passed all the people and ran out crying. I ran as fast as I could in my heels. Sadly I tripped but arms grabbed my waist. I looked up and saw Ethan. It reminded me of the first time I fell. Same exact way...

"Mel..." He had blood shot eyes

"Um.." I got out of his arms and sat down on a bench. I put my face in my hands and started crying

"Please don't cry Mel"

"Ethan! My life means nothing without you! No matter what I do I can't get you off of my brain. It's like I can't get enough of you...but sadly I don't think you feel the same way" I looked down. He came and kneeled down in front of me

"I haven't slept since you wanted a "break" I haven't eaten either Mel I can't live without you" I looked up

"But why were you talking to Jessica"

"Let me explain" he sat down next to me

"Explain what! It's so obvious" I screamed at him

"I think you should let him explain" I looked up and saw Grayson holding Maddie's hand smiling at me. They walked away.

"Please" he held my hands

"Ok..."

"Well Jessica and Avery are working together. They said if I don't go along with their plan they'll expose your family secrets and the real reason why you moved here"

"No no Ethan how do they know your the only one I told!" I looked at him

"I don't know I'm sorry"

I hugged him. It felt so right in his arms

"Please take me back"

"Only if you take me back" he said

I looked up and kissed him. It was so passionate and it felt new. A new better kiss.

"I love you" I looked at him

"I love you too" he looked at my hands "you kept it on?"

"Of course" I looked at him and smiled

"Yay!" Maddie and Grayson jumped out of the bush. I jumped so high it wasn't even funny

"Your so stupid!" I put my hand over my heart

"You love us" they run up to us and pulled us into a hug group hug "ok so who wants to go eat!"

"Yes!" We all walked to I hop even tho it was like 11

-at school-
"Eth I'm scared..." I closed my locker

"Don't worry we are all here for you" he said hugging me. The bell rang and we all walked to class. Me and Ethan sat down and Maddie and Grayson sat behind us.

"Hello cl-" the teacher was interrupted

"Hi can I say something it's very important" Jessica and Avery walked into the class. Avery was recording Jessica

"So all of you know Melissa? Right?" She evilly smirked at me. I was shaking and Ethan was rubbing my back.

"Anyone know the real reason why she moved here? No? Well because her little daddy was caught cheating on her mommy!" Everyone gasped and I was bawling "and her little daddy died!" She laughed like it was funny

"Jessica Avery! Enough!" Ethan yelled at them. I got so scared. I've never seen him this mad.

"Avery Jessica office now! You too Ethan and Mel" Ethan looked at me and took my hand. We all walked to the office in silence. Me and Ethan stopped in front of the office. He grabbed me and kissed me.

"I love you" he whispered but it was loud enough for them two to hear.

"I love you too" I took his hand and we walked into the office together. We explained everything and Jessica and Avery got suspended.

"You did it baby girl" Ethan said wrapping his hands around my waist

"No we did it" I bit my lip and looked at him. He smiled a big smile and hugged me tight.

"I don't want to go to class"

"Let's skip then" he said grabbing my hand as we walked out of the school doors. (Skipping and farting rainbows)
