Chap 18

                --Melissa's POV--
Me and Ethan were asleep in the middle of the night when my head shot up.

"Mel what's wrong" he sat up

"I..I had a nightmare" I started tearing up

"Again?" I nodded slowly. He pulled me in his chest and stroked my hair. We laid back down and I fell asleep in his arms. I always feel safe with him. This reoccurring nightmare is so horrible.... I'm in a dark room and the next thing I see is light flashing on. I'm standing in my cheer outfit in the middle of our school stadium. Everyone starts screaming. I didn't know how they got there. There was fog everywhere and in the mids of the fog there stood my dad...I run up to him but right when I was about to reach him but Avery(the new girl) stood in front of me. She laughed and turned to my dad. She pulled out a gun and shot him....everything disappeared and I was in the dark room again. Alone..

-next morning-
--Ethan's POV--
Me, Mel, Maddie, and Gray were all at Costco buying stuff for our valentines party.

"Babe red or pink cups?" I asked Mel

"Pink!" I laughed at her excitement
I turned my back for a second to talk to Gray and when I turned back Mel was gone. I looked and saw Maddie getting the cups.

"Hey Gray where's Mel?" I looked around the store

"I don't know go check" he was on his phone. I rolled my eyes and looked around. About 5 minutes later I found her. She was staring at the giant teddy bears. She looked like she had hearts in her eyes. She had a dark brown one on her back and was taking selfies.

"Mel?" I laughed

"ETHAN LOOK AT THIS BEAR" she screamed

"Come on we have to hurry" I said I didn't want her to get it I had a surprise for her

"But but" she started fake crying. I kneeled in front of her and she jumped on my back. This girls cuteness

After we got home I drove back to Costco to buy the bear.

-at school-
I was sitting in class waiting for Mel. The teacher was asleep like always. I had the bear in Mels seat. She walked in finally running. I smiled at her and she just stood staring at the bear.

"AHHHHHHH!" The teacher stirred a little. I got up and hugged her

"Happy valentines baby girl" I whispered in her ear. She ran to the bear and sat on top of it. She looked so cute. I could eat her (not literally).

She carried the bear all through the school. Obviously she made me carry her stuff. Such a diva. During lunch she made sure not to let anyone touch it.

"Awww it's so cute" maddie said about to touch the bear.

"Yah and I'd like to keep it that way. Keep your hands off of my baby bitch" I couldn't help but laugh

-after school-
On our way home Mel had the bear in the back with her and Maddie sitting next to her.

"Mads what did you get" she whispered but we all heard it

"I got flowers, a white bear, and a new locket" maddie said whispering back. We all heard it again. These girls

  --Melissa's POV--
The guys were talking and Maddie kept trying to touch Grant. Yes I named him Grant it was too cute. I kept hitting her and the guy kept laughing

"Ethannnn Maddie keeps trying to touch Granttttt" I whined. I saw Ethan look at me through the mirror.

"Grant?"

"Yes Grant! Now tell her to stop! Gray control herrrrr" they laughed and I rolled my eyes

-at the twins house-
We were all setting up for the party. We soon finished with about two hours to get ready.

"Mel Come with me" ethan said grabbing my hand

"Ummmm ok?" He closed my eyes and guided me to wherever we were going. After a looooong walk he let me open my eyes.

"E-Ethan..."

"Do you like it" he said rest his head on my shoulder

"I l-love it!" In front of me was a field of roses with a heart made out of red roses. It was amazing. I turned around and kissed him.

"I love you" I rested my forehead on his

"I love you more"

After we got home Ethan told me to get dressed I ran upstairs and there was a box on his bed.

Tag- to my baby girl❤️

I opened the box. Inside was a white skirt, red crop top, black belt, and black wedges. This was amazing

"You like?" I turned around and saw Ethan resting against the door frame crossing his arms

"No...I love" I smile and ran to the bathroom putting everything on

--Ethan's POV--
I laughed and went downstairs. People were slowly rolling into our drive way. About 10 minutes later I turned around and saw the most beautiful girl ever. Mel was walking down the stairs looking down making sure she wouldn't trip. She had her hair curled with black eyeliner, mascara, and red lick stick.

"S-so"

I didn't say anything I got lost in her eyes

"Ethan hello"

"Oh I'm sorry you look beautiful baby girl" I hugged her and kissed her cheek.

All the couples finally arrived. Me, Mel, Gray, Maddie, Mason, and Jasmine were all sitting in a circle playing truth or dare. Grayson spun the bottle and it landed on me.

"Ethan truth or dare" he looked at me with an evil smile. Right when I was gonna answer the door bell rang.

"What are you doing here?!" Grayson screamed at Avery

"Chill I'm just here for the party" she said pushing past gray

"You weren't invited" I said

"So what are we playing" she ignored me

"Whatever let's spin the bottle again" Avery spun it. It landed on me I was terrified at what she would say

"Truth or dare"

"D-dare" I said nervously

"I dare you to kiss me" she had an evil smirk

"What the f-" Mel said

"Kiss Mel?" I turned and smashed our lips together

"I said me! Not Mel! Ugh" they all laughed

"Slut don't you understand he has a girlfriend?!" Cameron said walking down the stairs

"Let's go" Mel said pulling Avery up. She opened the door to kick her out. But once she opened the door she didn't move. Her face turned pale and her eyes widened

"What did Mel see?!" Wtf are you thinking!
