--Melissa's POV--
We had the best night ever. He drove me home and we walked to my house.
"Honey there's someone in your room" my mom said opening the door for me and Ethan. We looked at each other confused and walked to my room. We heard slight sniffling as I opened the door
"Oh my God Mads what happened?!" Me and Ethan ran to my bed
"I thought he loved me! He said he loved me! Why would he lie?!" She said crying
"Who, what happened" Ethan said
"I-I was sitting at home and I got a text from gray t-telling me to go to his house. I walked in and h-him and his ex were kissing" she broke into tears when she said the last part
"Oh babe!" I hugged her and looked at Ethan. I could tell he was mad. She was like a sister to him. Our group consist of me, Ethan, maddie, and gray, we were together all the time. So I guess his protective mode switched on. He got up, kissed me, and left. Me and maddie stayed on my bed eating ice cream and watching movies.
--Ethan's POV--
Why the fuck would he do that?? Him and her are made for each other! I drove to my house and ran into graysons room. He was pacing back and forth.
"Explain! Now!" I screamed at him
"I was in the kitchen and someone came into the live room. I went to go check and it was Lily. The next thing I knew she forced herself onto me."
"Maddie said she got a text from you telling her to come over." I said confused
"I never texted her. My phone was in the living room." He said
"That slut must of texted her"
"She isn't gonna talk to me anymore!" He screamed putting his face in his hand
"Don't worry we will fix this" I left his room and went to text Mel.
--Melissa's POV--
I got a text from Ethan
Ethan❤️-baby?
Me-yeah babe
Ethan❤️- I found out what happened. Lily came and texted mads from graysons phone and she kissed him right when maddie came
Me-oh my god wtf is wrong with that slut?!
Ethan❤️-how is she doing now
Me-she fell asleep she couldn't stop crying
Ethan❤️-don't worry everything will be alright
Me-I know it will. E I'll see you tmr at school I can't stay up thank you for today baby i love you
Ethan❤️-i love you too beautiful sweet dreams
And with that I fell asleep
-next morning-
I woke up and Maddie wasn't there. I guess she left home. I got up and did my normal morning routine. I went to the closet to choose an outfit. I put on black short shorts with a white adidas shirt and black boots. I put my hair into a messy bun and put on a little bit of makeup. I took a selfie and went to school.
-at school-
I walked to my locker passing Kenzie. After our little incident we haven't talked. But we are getting there. She weakly smiled at me and I just looked at her with no emotion. I got to my locker where Ethan was waiting for me like everyday.
"Good morning beautiful" he said kissing my cheek
"Morning" I said weakly smiling at him
"What's wrong?" He asked
"It's just maddie and gray they aren't talking and they are both hurting" I said looking down
"Don't worry babe they're gonna be alright" he said pulling me into a hug. As I was closing my locker the bell rang me and him walked off to class. Me, Ethan, Gray, and Mads were all in the same class, which wasn't a good thing.
--Grayson's POV--
I was sitting in class when Ethan and Mel walked passed me and faintly smiled at me. I put my head down and a felt a tear slip my eye. Then I felt the chair next to me move I knew it was Maddie. I looked up at her. Her eyes were puffy but she was still beautiful. Her blue eyes were piercing and her hair was in a messy bun. She was wearing adidas joggers and my sweatshirt. She then raised her hand.
"Miss can I please move" she asked trying not to cry
"Why is it an emergency?" The teacher asked
"No no it's not" I butted in. Maddie just gave me a look and rested her hand on her cheek so she couldn't look at me. She was drawing hearts on her note book. I was staring at them when I saw a tear drop hit her paper. I looked back at Mel and Ethan. We all had a sad expression on our face.
--Maddies POV--
I couldn't stop crying so I asked the teacher to go to the rest room. I got up and left the class I noticed Grayson running after me. So I sprinted to the girls bathroom and locked myself in a stall. I heard Grayson came in and I tried my hardest to not make any sound.
"Maddie please baby hear me out" he said and I could tell he was crying
"D-don't call me that" I said opening the stall and walking in front of him
"Please please let me explain" he begged
"There's nothing that you can say or do that will fix this" I said walking past him.
--Grayson's POV--
She wouldn't let me explain. I wanted her so bad if Lily would have let us be... I slid down the bathroom door crying not giving a damn where I was.
