Our professor went over the lesson for today and I took notes. He passed out a short quiz and soon as I was about to turn mines in my phone vibrated.

I tucked my phone back into my pocket.

"I'll be right back" I said to Nelle. She nodded. I walked out the class to find Luc truck.

Our professor don't care if we walk out because he says its our education not his. I found Luc sitting in his truck on his phone. I tapped on his window.

"Whats good?" He smiled.

"What you doin' here?" I asked getting in.

"Came to give you this" He said giving me a Denny's bag. My favorite. I took the bag.

"Thanks, but I thought Ryan was going to bring it"

"Yah she was, but I ain't want you waiting that long" I nodded.

"What you about to go do?"

"Go home and take a nap before work"

"And after?"

"Nothing just chill"

"Ooh come to my place" I smiled

"Why so I can do ya work for you yeah?"

"I mean I didn't say that, but if you want, who am I to stop you?" I laughed.

"Yah aight, I'll be over later" I smiled.

"Ok let me get back inside" I leaned over and kissed his cheek.

"Aight Na" He smirked. I rolled my eyes. I walked back inside and turned my quiz in.

I sat and ate my food until everyone else was done.

"Any work today L?" I asked walking into the shop.

"Yah, but it's moving by slow" He sighed. We barely got business these days. Thats why I never really come in because he'll tell me not to. I just decided to come in today because Kaine ain't hit me up yet.

"I gotta handle something in a few, so I'll be back. If you wanna leave you can, make sure you lock up though" He said grabbing his keys off the desk.

"Nah imma stay here, work might move a lil faster" He nodded

"I'll be back later" He said walking out the door. I sat down at the desk and pulled my phone out. I went to my instagram and started scrolling down liking pictures. I heard the door open I looked up and it was L annoying ass niece Tanya.

"Where is my uncle?" She said walking over to my desk.

"I don't know" I said not taking my eyes off my phone.

"Mm what are you doing?" She said touching my arm. I snatched my arm away.

"Don't touch me"
