jealous kookie

as the four of them enter the cafe, they get greeted by a familiar face

"hello, i'm j-"

"jungkook? since when did you work here?" mark questions as youngjae just waves happily, causing jungkook to let out a small chuckle

"for a while, you guys just come here after my work shift though- when youngjae starts" youngjae nods at jungkook's explanation.

"so, what can i get for you losers" jungkook takes outhis pen and notepad

"we are your hyungs-" jackson tries to say

"not bambam" bambam just shakes his head and sighs

"okay, can i have-" before mark could say something, the door jingles causing all of them but jungkook to look at who just entered

"kookieee" a familiar voice calls in a happy tone

"oh god, not him" jungkook rubs his temples as youngjae giggles

"who's that" jackson smirks, but jungkook waves him off

"someone not important... so anyways, what do you want" jungkook lies and tries to ignore the male that calls him

"i'll have lemon loaf, they'll have two chocolate croissants and he'll get the blue berry muffin and- oh he's coming" as mark says the last sentence, he points

"who" as jungkook slighty turns he sees taehyung with a goofy grin coming near them

"kookie, why are you avoiding me" jungkook scoffs causing taehyung to pout

"i'm not avoiding you.." as jungkook lies, turning away from taehyung and walking behind the counter to get their food, the four friends turn, watch and listen to what's going on between the two in front of them

"yes you are kookie..." taehyung follows

"i think jungkook is jealous" jackson whispers, they all nod.

"jungkook's making his face where he tries to act like he's not jealous, but i'm pretty sure he is" bambam whispers, looking back and watching

"no taehyung. i'm fine, now please go away or move along.. i'm busy" jungkook moves past taehyung giving mark,bambam,jackson and youngjae their food. but as the four of them look around and see that nobody is there but them and taehyung, they scoff at jungkook's lie.

"no one is even here but me and the hyungs- oh and youngjae and  bambam." taehyung points out causing jungkook to sigh

"i bet you $10 jungkook is jealous about seeing taehyung and irene hanging out yesterday" jackson smirks

"but aren't they-" before mark could finish bambam cuts him off with his loud voice

"deal" both bambam and jackson shakes hands before watching the two lovers in front of them argue

"well i'm fine okay, now just go back to irene" jungkook says, turning around, trying to avoid taehyung's gaze

"are you jealous" taehyung's eyes widens, but then he smirks

"no. why would i be? you can be with whoever you want" jungkook lies, but taehyung just giggles and snakes his arms around jungkook, practically hugging kookie from behind

"i wanna be with youuu" taehyung coos as jungkook's cheeks flare a dark shade of pink, but he quickly pushes him off and scoffs

as their four friends continue to watch and eat their food, bambam's phone starts ringing.

"yoboseyo" bambam whispers while walking out of the cafe

"ah bambam, how's the cafe" the sound of jinyoung's voice made bambam realize who the caller was

"um... good? how's your date and when will i get to meet the lucky guy jinyoung" bambam questions, wondering who was his friend's boyfriend and why he's the only one that hasn't seen him.

"um... soon... not now though" jinyoung whispers

"you've said that so many times, it better be soon" bambam whispers while fixing his hair

"why"

"because i'm leaving to go overseas in two and a half weeks"

"what!?" jinyoung shouts, causing bambam to move his phone away from his hear.

"yeah, so make it soon... i gotta go, bye hyung" bambam quickly says, hanging up and running back inside as he hears a big crash. and as he enters he sees all but mark wet.

"what happened?!" bambam shouts. as mark explains how taehyung started spraying jungkook to admit, they ended up having a water fight. and when jackson tries to stop them from making a mess, he gets hit with the hose and he ends up joining them, followed by youngjae, who was asked by mark to stop them. but that didn't work

"children" bambam whispered while shaking his head.

yugyeom's pov

"he told me that he was leaving in two weeks..." jinyoung speaks up, looking down

"two weeks?! why- where?!" i stand up, shocked to hear that news.

"i don't know?!" he shouts, while fiddling with his fingers

"dammit bambam...don't go.." i whispered, pacing back and forth. there has to be something that i could do..

"yugyeom..." i turn to see jinyoung with a slightly sad and curious face. i just hum in response

"do you still... like bambam?" jinyoung asks, looking straight into my eyes.

"i-... n-no, no... i'm with you now, and i'm happy... but he's still my friend..." i reply, looking at him and intertwining both of our hands together causing him to smile. but secretly i know, that bambam always had a place in my heart and no one could ever replace that. i'm sorry jinyoung.
