I woke up today quite enthusiastically (since I had to update) only to find out that the book within which I drafted my chapter ideas, got lost somewhere!

*looks around with embarrassment* 

I got so crazy that I literally ran after my little man all around the place! Poor thing got too terrified. He had never seen me in this *durga* avatar ;-) 

*can't blame him*

My breath came back to me only when I found it casually sandwiched between piles of clothes! 

*Ah!*

Now that calls for a celebration :D

I was shell shocked at my own reaction. I mean there's always a reason behind everything we do.

I could have quite easily hit her back with the pillow and thus it could have led to a rather memorable gang fight. Imagine the fun.

Alas!

Here's what the conflict within me was all about :

My mind screamed  :  ' Hit her back boy '

My heart adviced  : ' Put the pillow back right this instant!

My mind smirked :  ' She did that on purpose. Let me have some chill, man! '

My heart disagreed :  ' Remember you can't hurt her even if it's for mere amusement ? '

My mind argued :  '  Now who made that rule ? My dear it was solely meant for diverting our attention. So why don't we take advantage of that ? '

My heart did  facepalm :  ' But its Alia at the other end! I simply can't hurt her! '

My mind bothered to ask :  ' Why ?  Why is it so ? You fought with Pari too. She is your bestie, still! But why this sudden melt of heart in case of Alia ? '

My heart answered with a final tone : ' Because damn it, I LOVE HER !!!
