CHAPTER -24

Nandini went with Rashi to the Mandir.

Nandini prayed for Manik's well being and also prayed to get them back safely to the orphanage.

In the meantime ,

At Rashi's house-

Manik woke up holding his head.

Rashi's father rushed to Manik who saw him try to get up.

R.F- Beta aaram se .

Manik - Aap ..... aap kaun ho. Aur mai yahan kaise aaya.

R.F- Beta tumhare sath Jo ladki thi na wo lekar aayi hai tumhe yahan.

Manik - Ladki???? Kaun????

Then he thought may be he was talking about Nandini.

Manik - Nandini..... Kaha hai wo....

Manik began to look here and there.

R.F. - Beta wo Mandir gayi hai. Aati hi hogi.

Manik to himself - But hum log yahan kaise aagaye. Mujhe Kuch yaad kyu nahi aaraha.

R.F. - Beta tumhe Kuch gundo ne nasheeli dawai pila Di thi.

Rashi's mother came inside and said- Aur tumne Nandini ko un gundo se bachaya aur yahan aakar behosh hogaye.

Manik - What????? Itna sab kuch hogaya aur mujhe Kuch yaad kyu nahi aaraha. Nandini.... Nandini kaha hai.....

Saying this he was about to get up when Nandini came running towards him and said- Manik relax....... Aap aaram kijiye.

Manik - Nandini tum.... tum theek to ho na.

Nandini - Haan hum theek hai.

R.F- Nandini Beta isey kal raat Jo bhi hua Kuch yaad nahi hai.

Nandini - Baba ye surakshit hai yehi bahut hai. Apka bahut Shukriya Jo apne anjaan hokar bhi hamari madad ki.

R. M- Nandini Beta tum Kuch der aaram karlo. Kal raat se nahi soyi ho tum.

Manik - Kya????

Rashi -Haan Bhaiyya ye Saari raat nahi soyi baar baar yehi dekhi jarahi thi ki apko hosh aaya ya nahi.

Manik was surprised to hear this.

R.M.- Rashi jaa jakar kaadha banaka le aa.

Rashi - Ji abhi layi.

Rashi's father and mother also went away to prepare something to eat.

Manik and Nandini were alone in the room.

Nandini's back was facing Manik as she was standing near the window of the room.

Manik glanced at her from head to toe.

Manik for the first time had seen Nandini without dupatta on her head.

He observed her long open hair and then he saw her bare back and waist which was visible as the dupatta of her dress was too short.

Meanwhile Nandini was thinking about Manik's and her kiss.

Nandini self thought- Kya soch rahi hai tu Nandini. Kal raat Jo Kuch bhi hua Manik aur mere beech wo to usey yaad bhi nahi hai.  Aur Manik ne Jo bhi kiya wo nashe ki halat me Kia.
Tu bhi bhool ja us baat ko sapna samajh ke.

He kept on looking at her. Suddenly he came out of his trance and said in a low voice - NANDINI.......

Nandini turned towards him and said still lost in thoughts- Hmm....

Manik - Tum theek to ho na. I mean in logo ne.......

Nandini - Manik Hum theek hai. Aap jaisa dost hamare sath ho to Hume Kuch ho sakta hai kya.

Manik smiled and asked - Waise kal raat hua kya tha.

Nandini told him everything that happened except the kiss part.

Manik listened carefully and said- So I was right. Thank God wo land mere naam pe nahi thi.

Nandini was shocked to hear this.

Nandini - To fir kiske naam pe thi....

Manik - Wo.....

Their conversation was interrupted by Rashi's mother.

R.M.- Beta Kuch log tumhe dhoondte hue aaye hai.

Manik - Kaun???

A woman entered and said- Manik Nandini tum log theek ho na.

Manik and Nandini together - Buaji....

Shanti came running to Manik and saw his state .

Shanti - Manik kya hua tumhe.

Nandini told her everything.

Shanti called the police and they went to the hut where Nandini was kep after kidnapping.

All the kidnappers were arrested.

And they told the location of their Boss.

Police arrested their Boss as well as the worker of the orphanage who was involved in the kidnapping.

Manik was present at the Time of arrest.

Boss- Zameen toh Ab hamari hogayi hai. Ab tum Kuch nahi karsakte.

Manik - Bahut hi bafi galat fehmi hai tumhe. Zameen abhi bhi hamare naam Par hai.

Boss- Kya MATLAB....

Manik - Matlab ye ke meri thumb impression lene se Pehle check to jar lete ki land mere naam Par hai ya nahi. Land to Kisi aur ke naam Par thi.

Boss- Kiske.

Manik - Nandini...... ye land Nandini ke naam pe hai.

Boss was shocked to hear this.

The boss glared at his men and said- Oye ullu ke pattho tumhari wajah se hua ye sab. Theek se jankari nahi le sakte the .

Policeman - Ab Jo bhi baatein karni hai jail me jaake karna. Chalo.

Saying this he handcuffed them and took them away.

Nandini was surprised to hear that the orphanage land was on her name.

Nandini - Manik ye land mere naam pe.....

Manik - Haan Vivek Bhaiyya ne 2 saal Pehle hi ye land tumhare naam pe kar Di thi. Kisiko ye baat pata nahi thi. But kal jab Maine records check kiye to pata Chala mujhe.

Shanti - Khair Jo hona tha hogaya. Ab Chalo hum log chalte hai.

Manik - Bua apne Mom ko bataya to nahi na.

Bua- Nahi .

Manik - Acha kiya warna unnecessarily Pareshan hojati Mom.

Saying this they went to the orphanage.
