"I don't know, maybe."
"Why is that?"
"I have no one."
"You have me."
She is the girl who sits in the corner of the room, but she's not alone. Diana is never alone. They're always with her. The memories, the voices, those evil things whispering to her. End it, you aren't worth it. She knows they are true. If they weren't her life would not be this bad. If they were lies she would be out with friends right now. She would be happy.
But, she's never happy. Every day she sits in her sorrow and pain. The scars on her body are numb until she opens them again. The blood spills and she feels warmth. It is the only warmth she is ever going to get in this cold and despairing world.
Or so she thought.
