"Thank you so much," I said embarrassedly as Liam led me towards my class.

"It's fine, it's happened to us all before, see you at lunch?" He didn't really wait for an answer and I knocked on the door and entered the class, scanning the room for Lily. She was at the back, waving at me frantically. I quietly apologise to the teacher and make my way to a seat beside Lily, her body posture wanting to know what happened me.

"Why didn't you answer your phone?" I scowl, my cheeks not recovering from the embarrassment of the situation.

"Sorry, I thought you could read maps," she giggles and continues writing down something to do with the books we'll be reading this term. Much to her amusement I make a 'tut' sound with my mouth, which sets her off into a giggling fit. By lunch time we have already been told off three times and were told that if we don't calm down tomorrow we will be separated.

"Great," I murmur as we walk out of the classroom but Lily pulls my arm.

"Just like old times," she smiles. I smile back and feel my phone vibrate in my pocket so I take it out.

'Hi Alison, it's Harry. You sure you still don't mind if I sit with you guys? I'm outside the canteen at the east entrance.x'

I smile at the text and tell Lily I'll meet her in there. She looks at me curiously but walks off when she spots Liam. I manage to get myself to the east entrance to find an anxious Harry pulling at his lip.

"Hi!" I look at him and he lets out a sigh of relief. He is much taller than I am, but everyone is really. Being 5'3 had its perks and faults I guess.

"How was English?" he asks as I go towards the fridge and pull a bottle of water before getting a plain chicken sandwich.

"Complicated and strict, I got told off," I laugh," how was biology?" I ask.

"Fun," he chirps although his face says otherwise but I decide not to press any questions. I tell him where we're sitting and sit beside Lily and Zayn. Liam winks at me and I blush, knowing he's going to tell Zayn about me getting lost.

"Alison decided to go for a detour, ain't that right?" he laughs and Zayn looks at me, his lips pouted,"she got lost and ended up at the science department!" Liam laughs but Zayn leans towards me. My breath hitches at his own warm on my neck.

"You could've called me." I gulp but before I get the chance to answer, Harry sits beside me.

"Hi," Lily smiles, her kind personality taking over.

"This is Harry, he had no one to sit with so I said he could sit with us," I blushed at how it wasn't my decision to make.

"That's fine mate," Liam smiles at him and they continue to talk back and forth about how their biology lesson went.

"How'd you two meet?" Zayns voice startles me as it is loud, but not loud enough for Harry to hear.

"History," I said, playing with my hands underneath the table,"you guys will like him, he's quite like Liam actually." Zayn stares at him now and his body tenses. I turn around to see Harry staring at me, although when he catches my eye he turns around quickly.

"So, what class did you have Zayn?" Harry asks and I can hear a hint of nervousness in his voice.

"Physics," he smirks, his lips curling into a perfect smile.

"Zayn," I mutter angrily. Zayn looks at me questioningly but I give him a look telling him not to push it. He smirks and I know immediately that he's going to act a dickhead.

"You and Alison met in History right?" he says and I can feel Harry shift uncomfortably beside me. I try to kick Zayn under the table but end up kicking Liam who whines.

"Sorry," I say, holding my hands up. I begin to try to change the subject but Zayn is clearly not going to stop.

"So you like her, right?" Zayn says, his eyes now on me," she is a beautiful girl after all, I can see why you're interested mate," he runs his hand over mine and I shiver, pulling away.

"Enough," I spit, grabbing Harry's arm and pulling him with me. I can see the scowl on Liam's face and the blush in Harry's cheeks from Zayn's rude session. "I'm so sorry," I apologise once we have made our way outside," he doesn't normally act like this." I almost feel like laughing at my comment as I haven't even know him for 24 hours but I don't tell Harry this.

"It's not like it's you're fault," he chuckles, his dimples showing.

"How about I make it up to you tomorrow? I can get you coffee or tea in the morning?" I offer.

"Alison it's fine," he smiles reassuringly,"that guy sure is overprotective over you." Zayn? I shake my head and laugh as the bell rings, signalling for us to move to our next class.

"I guess I'll see you tomorrow?" Harry says, shoving his hands in his front two pockets. I nod and make my way towards the p.e. department. I enter the changing rooms which is crowded with girls. I feel butterflies start in my stomach but as I see the changing stalls I relax slightly. I walk into one, carrying my bag, and lock the door. I pull out the university's football kit which is a navy colour. My top had a '9' on the back. Lily had kindly set us both up for the team, she knew my love for sports. I pull on a long white sleeved thermal, covering my arms and my tshirt over it. As it was winter, it wasn't  a problem covering my arms but in the summer it was challenging.

"Ali! Let's go!" Lily shouts as she ties her ponytail up higher than usual. She suits the kit moreso than I do. I put my shinguards on and run out with the rest of the team. Today was to see who would be the substitutes and who would actually be playing on the team. I had to prove myself, but it was going to be a lot of effort. I glance around the pitches, seeing a group of boys huddled and chanting some ridiculous rhyme. As I go to glance back to the equipment set out for us, someone catches my eye. Zayn is standing in a sheltered area watching us.
