I had been planning this update for a week now , I just hope you guys like it ..

she opened her swollen eyes which she had put to rest about just an hour ago after a long painful night to see him in the corner of the room and a suitcase in front of him packing her stuff , she got out of bed and walked up to him and he turned around and saw her 

"hey..." he whispered as he held her close and kissed her forehead

"well your stuff is almost packed , your tickets are at the table , cabir dropped them this morning and just get me your passport I'll get the online boarding done so you wouldn't have to go through all the shit at the airport " manik blabbered moving here and there grabbing stuff , avoiding any eye contact with her

"manik" she called out

" you should eat some breakfast and ............" manik kept talking and nandini held his arm and made him look into her eyes and that wasi it for him as a tear slipped from his eye and she hugged him

"I am fine manik..." she said under her breath tracing his arm with her palm

"wapas kab aao gi ?" he asked in a cracking voice 

" I dont know " she mumbled 

" I'll miss you.. " he said kissing her hair while she held him tight

" I would too.." she replied trying to hold her tears in 

" ok now enough of us , mom wanted to meet you before you leave and all of our friends are there as well so we'll go to the airport from college " he said and she nodded her head and he moved toward the door to leave the room but was stopped 

" Manik.." she said as she held his hand to stop him 

" yeah ? " 

" thank you " she said as she hugged him again and tighter this time 

" for what ? " he asked 

" for keeping your promise , for being there with me through thick and thin , for every damn thing ! " she replied 

" I am blessed with someone like you , I am ought to do this " he said and she smiled as he placed a long kiss on her forehead 

" freshen up " he whispered caressing her cheek

"yeah.." she replied

" nandini , are you ok " navya politely asked rubbing nandini's shoulder 

" yeah i'm ok " she replied

" how is your dad ? " mukti asked 

" I haven't talked to aryaman , the last we had a conversation was 4 hours ago , he said that dad is in ICU , they are heading for a bypass , they don't allow phones in that zone and he doesn't want to leave dad alone " she managed to talk without shedding a tear though her heart was breaking 

" he is going to be fine nandini " aliya assured holding her hand 

" you just stay strong ok . everything will be fine.. " dhruv comforted 

"yeah , thanks guys I'm much better now " she spoke softly 

" nandini.. " came niyonika's voice from behind 

" hi aunty " 

" how are you bacha ? " she asked  cupping her cheek 

" I am okay " she replied and niyonika hugged her rubbing her back
