She was wide awake but still didn't get out of bed as his grip was too tight on her , after what seemed like a really short time as she was busy at ogling at him while he was asleep she saw him moving and she quickly closed her eyes pretending to sleep , he opened his eyes and stretched to find his neck wrapped by an arm and fingers in his hair and he smiled as he looked up to find her sleeping , he loosened his grip on her waist as he got a bit up and went close to her as his face hovered upon hers , breathing became difficult for her feeling the proximity

"If i could only tell you what you mean to me but I just  can't because words can never be enough to describe it" he whispered thinking she was asleep as he placed a long kiss on her forehead "thank you for always being there " he whispered breaking the kiss as he left the room to get freshened up

she opened her eyes and  blush creeping on her cheeks as she dig her head in the pillow and screamed in joy so that he can't hear her

"Ok nandini relax relax , calm down " she said to herself as she sat in the bed blushing and slapping herself to get composed and just then the door opened

"Hey you're up !" Exclaimed manik as he ruffled her hair

"Wow you are too !" She mocked

"Very funny !" He said

"I know I am !" She replied as she got out of bed

"Chalo you get freshened up I'll get done with the breakfast " he replied in his ever so casual tone

"Manik"

"Han ?"

"Tum theek ho ?" She asked

"Mujhe kya ho ga ? I am perfect" He replied

"You sure ?"

"100% aur agar kuch ho ga bhi toh tum ho na to take care of me " he said and she smiled

They were done with breakfast and were about to get ready for college

"Manik aaj college nahi jaate na please !" Nandini pleaded

"Kis khushi main ?" He smirked

"See jab se main Mumbai aai hun na main sirf 3 cheezain ki hain , tum se jhagra *he chuckled* , ate pizza almost half of the time and gone to college , let's just roam around the city today , please" she requested

"We can go on Saturday nandu !" He said

"Nahi mujhe aaj hee jana hai , chalo na manik please , please , please, pleeeeasseee" she pleaded like a kid

"God youre such a baby !! , fine we'll go !" He sighed

"Thank you !" She said and jumped on him

"Ok ok relax , don't get back to your wild cat mode " he said as he picked up his guitar bag and we headed out

Nandini's p.o.v

We left the house as I called up navya telling her that we won't come today as I had caught cold again , offcourse I couldn't say I was going out with manik or else there would have been a big teasing session we both would have had to go through .

We started with "Gateway of India" all the way to "kanheri caves" and walking past the "Bombay high court" and a small visit to "Mount Mary church" from "taj" and "film city" to "juhu chowpaty" and "Haji Ali" and we ended up at "marine drive"

We just sat at the rocks staring at the sea , stealing glances at each other

"Manik would you sing for me ?" I asked

"Abhi ? Yahan ?" He asked

"Kyun pehle kabhi publicly gaaya nahi hai kya ?" I  teased

"Fine then !" He said as he got his guitar out of its bag and strung perfect chords

Parvardigara, parvardigara  as per habit he closed his eyes to sing but just then he heard her giggle in his mind as his eyes widened instantly

Oh parvar digara  he saw her smiling , swaying with his tune and the feeling of having prayers answered

Ghut rahin farmaishein he looked at her as she was smiling snapping her fingers along

Parvardigara parvardigara it suddenly started to rain and everyone ran to get a shelter , nandini held his hand and pulled him to get under some shelter

Deewaangi ki hadd maine nochi, O parvardigara he stopped her while he sang and pulled her close startling her a bit as they were getting drenched as his

Yeh fitoor mera rehmat teri  his hand moved to her waist as he held her hand and got her to dance with him

Yeh fitoor mera chahat teri  and they were dancing and laughing until they were tired under the rain as he pulled her in for a last twirl and back hugged her moving to and fro as he slowly kissed the nape of her neck
