The doctor came back into the room
"Well the results are"
"Are that you have breast cancer" i sighed in a since of relief and fright
"And your pregnant" she also said. I began to cry in rays chest. I cant believe im pregnant by my rapist.
"No no sweety the cancer wont hurt the baby, we have a treatment you can take. ok" she said patting my back. She gave me my medicine and papers and we were out the door.
The car ride was silent. When we finally reached home i was ingulfed in a bear hug from jaden.
"Haaaaayyyyyy ka ka!!"he said. No matter how sad i am he always cheers me up but this time it didnt help. He let me go and looked at me with a smile. Which soon dropped and turned into a concerned look.
"Whats wrong?" he asked
"I-I" i said trying to force the painful words out
"You what?" he asked
"I-i have breast cancer" i said
"Oh im sorry ka ka but they have treatment and you will be bet-"(gco)
"And im pregnant, by roc" i said on the verge of tears.
He stood their silent.
"Jaden?" jacob asked
Silence
"Jaden?" jacob yelled
"Yeah" jaden mumbled
"You ok" ray asked
"Are you going to keep the baby?" jaden asked
"Jaden!!! Of course she is. That is her child too!!" ray yelled
But truth be told kiara didnt really know if she wanted to keep the baby or not. What is when the baby is born it looks like roc. She wouldnt be able to look her own child in the face, only to see the man who caused so much hurt in her life. Then how would she take care of the baby? Her parents spent all their money on search teams. How can she help a baby when she cant even help herself. There was only one way. Craig had warned me about this day.
"We need to go" i said
"Go where?" ray asked
"To the prison"
"why?" jacob asked
"To see roc" i said walking to the car
