Chapter 20 - City of Love ❤

So a lot of things will happen in this chapter, remember that Chloe is in Paris for 3 months or so.. so nothing is happening too fast I hope.. 

Also, the "raper" is really crazy and yes there are people like him out there in the world just watch Most Wanted .. so yeah

Chace POW:

I was woken up by my cell phone ringing. It was my aunt telling me I had to go to an urgent business meeting. I took care of dad's company and I had to leave. I will probably be gone for two weeks. Before leaving I gave a peck on Chloe's lips and left. 

 Chloe POW:

I decided to leave Chace a note. I set out the gifts I got him in New York on my bed along with the note. I told Cody to send Chace into my room when he stops by. My family knew I had to leave as I told them it was for safety reasons. 

Soon enough I was on my way to Paris.

 Chapter 20

Chace POW:

Unfortunately my business trip was extended by two days. I can't wait to see Chloe. I feel like when I get back, things will be different. Who knows , maybe we can get together again. I got the earliest flight home to Malibu, anxious to see my pumpkin. Yeah , I am too crazy about her. I hope she is feeling better, I hate to see her hurt. I feel more pain when I see her hurt than when I am actually hurt. I have no idea how that works.

Hours later , I was in the taxi waiting to arrive at my place so I can get changed and get Chloe the flowers I had bought. I quickly unlocked the house, ran to my room and changed into my favourite baby blue shirt ,that I know Chloe loves, along with ripped flare jeans. Rushing as fast as I could , I grabbed the roses along with the Tiffany necklace I bought her in New York and ran to my car. I was driving a little fast, I wasn't exactly speeding but I was going 80 instead of 60. Strange what people do for love. 

Minutes later , I pulled up to her house. I know she wants to see me, she asked Cody to tell me to come over. Excitement built up. What could this mean? I straightened out my shirt , grabbed the roses and headed inside. I knocked but nothing. I opened the door since it was unlocked and headed to Chloe's room. I gently knocked, I wanted to be polite and not barge in like some maniac. I opened the door but no one was here. I looked around the room , the terrace, the bathroom and nothing. Did something happen? I walked over to her bed and saw a huge baby blue gift box with my name on it and an envelope attached to it. First I opened the box and saw clothes and perfume. It looked like Chloe bought me these things.. But why? My birthday was in like two months. I tore open the envelope and started reading.

Dear Chace,

I have so many things to say and I really don't know how to start. First of all I would like to apologize for being such a b**** to you and hurting you. I really didn't want to do it but I had to. I hope you understand. I really hope that you can move on and fall in love with someone who is worthy of loving. Not saying that you love me because you probably don't ,but you know what I mean. I am sure that there is a girl out there who will treat you right and better than I ever have. Our relationship was great and to be honest you were the best boyfriend. I didn't end our relationship because of you but because of me. Let's leave it at due to personal reasons .In this box, I got you gifts from New York when I went there a few months ago, I really don't know why I had the urge to buy you things but I did. I hope you enjoy the gifts and if not ,you can throw them out. I don't mind. I am so sorry for breaking up with you . I left Malibu because I think it is the best way for you to move on and forget me. It is also better for me because I can't forgive myself for hurting you. Looking into your eyes would be too difficult. Yes, I am a wuss but that doesn't change anything. Please don't come looking for me, it would only be more difficult for us. Please move on and I am deeply sorry.
