The Princess was always strong
When others were around
He wanted to harm no one
Yes he didn't conform to gender boundaries
He didn't care about gender
Or race
Or religion
He faced each battle with a calm expression
Until that battle ate him alive
So many had given up
So many will give up
But the princess stands strong
He won't give out
He has so many people relying on him
5 kids
6 siblings
2 parents
1 boyfriend
Several friends/coworkers
All looking to the princess for hope
Maybe he can hold out
Long enough to prove his love is true
