I quickly got dressed in the clothes left behind for me, though the shirt was a bit big but I liked it.

When I finished getting dressed and everything else that needed to happen in the bathroom, I walked over to the door and gently pulled it open. Marcos immediately picked me up and set me in his arms, a purrish whine rumbling his chest. I purred with him, before I was transferred to another set of arms.

"Let's go home, shall we?"  I nodded against Hollie's chest, my short frame fitting against her chest perfectly.

Then I heard it.

Two sets of heart beats. No, three sets! My eyes became teary, knowing the exact reason.

"Pup, what's wrong?" Marcos' voice snapped me back to reality, and I saw around me we were out of the hospital, surrounded by smaller houses and humans and wolves alike.

"Am I going to be a big brother?" I asked out of the blue, watching as Marcos began to choke on nothing.

"What?" Hollie asked, confused as well.

I should start calling them mother and father....

"Twins. I hear three heart beats!" I pressed my ear against my mother and listened to the three distinctive beats, purring a little.

I dropped to my feet and gestured to her for my father to listen, watching him lean down and press his ear to her stomach, his eyes filling with tears.

"We're going to have twins...." He started to sniffle a little as he continued to listen, mother holding a hand to her mouth.

I smiled as Marcos lead us to the car assumed was theirs, climbing in the back and getting comfortable. It was different, It was very different. A song floated in the air, and some of the lyrics struck me as I looked down at my scars, mentally frowning. My wolf howled and whined a little.

"Pup, what do you want to eat? Our treat." I looked at them from the backseat, confused as the day I was first hit.

Though I cooked, I never really learned the flavors, just the scent. Sure, I would go and eat something if I can, but if I couldn't, I would never remember the flavor. I would just cook what smelled nice blended together.

"Whatever you feel like would be fine with me." Even if I couldn't eat, I would be given bread scraps, but I was never given enough to fill me.

Dad looked into the rear view mirror, his eyes meeting my confused ones. A flash of hurt passed his eyes as he drove a few more miles before pulling over at a nice looking restaurant.

He walked us inside and waited to be waited on. The waiter, a man I seemed to recognize as the other Omega before me that had too, run away, looked at me with deep hazel eyes. Our eyes locked, and memories passed before us. I reached out and hugged him, his arms wrapping around me as he whispered to me.

"Oh, puppy! You have grown so much! I missed you! Why are you here? What happened?" He looked at me with a teary gaze, and I refused to cry, though my eyes still filled with tears.

"Hey, pup, mind explaining to me what is going on?" I looked up at Marcos and Hollie, both looking skeptical, confused, but curious.

I smiled and side hugged Jared.

"His name is Jared, and he was the other Omega of the pack before me, but now he is obviously a strong pack warrior!" I hugged him again as my mother and father looked at each other before smiling.

"He joined our pack a few years back. You must be the 'puppy' he never seemed to stop talking about." Marcos explained, patting Jared's shoulder. I smiled up at him. Jared was like my older brother.

After small talk and then finally getting menus, I then realized I didn't know half of this stuff.

All of the stuff on the menu looked really fancy, meant for the higher ranked.

Tuna sandwiches
Fried chicken tenders
Western sandwiches
Baked and stuffed mushrooms
Double steak club....

The list goes on.

"Have you chosen yet, pup?" I looked at them with a confused gaze.

"I don't know much of this stuff, but I'll go with what I do know. A bread stick?" I looked ashamed now that I realize it was the only food I actually knew and knew I wouldn't get in trouble.

"Seriously?!" Marcos  looked at me wide eyed.

"Ethan, you have to eat something more. A bread stick is not going to fill you." Hollie explained, stroking my cheek.

"It's going to fill me. I know because that is usually what they give me." I looked down at my lap as Jared finally arrived back with the drinks we had asked for earlier. Coke, Sprite, and Orange Juice.

"Are you ready to ord-" He was interrupted with a very deep, very low, and very dangerous growl.

All the wolves showed submission while the humans looked around fearfully. Hollie touched Marcos' arm, making him relax instantly.

"They what?" He looked really angry still, and I trembled under his gaze, a tiny whimper filling the now still air.

"They don't feed me anything but bread, unless I make an extra serving for myself." I felt myself grow weak with all the intensity of his stare alone, the whispers and random talk filling the air and returning it to it's former glory.

"Leave puppy alone. It's not his fault. It's the damned warriors and teens that caused it. Those filthy maggots never let us eat. I tried to give him what I was given, but Ethan wouldn't have it. He had trained himself to practically live off of the air itself." Jared forced through the submission, glaring at the wall now.

"Well starting today, that is changing." Marcos forced his anger down and then turned to me, saying it in a soft voice.

"Thank you." I bowed to him as best as I could sitting down and looked over to Hollie, who was smiling now.

"Let's forget that and get food now before we can cause another scene. We shouldn't deal with the past." Hollie stoked my cheek and then lied her hand on Marcos, trying to get us to move on.

"Great. That sounds perfect." Marcos kissed Hollie and I gave a look of disgust, saying a childish 'ewe'

"Now please, what should I serve you?" Jared grinned.
