This is what happened every christmas...
Sirius would sing, "GOD REST YE MERRY HIPPOGRIFFS!" At the top of his lungs in the boys dormitories then get smacked by Remus's books which he would take and by the end of the day all of the marauders and sometimes Lily and Marlene would get books stamped with property of R.J Lupin. On them and slippers from father Christmas.
Okay I know its not Christmas but hey tis the SEASON before New years and it seemed very amusing. ;)
