She's been dating Luca for 2 years now and that's when she first met everyone.

NOVA was walking to a cafe right down the street. She was meeting Lucas there for there 6th date.
As she was about to open the doors a cage fell on her scaring her to death.
" HO HO HO I CAUGHT YOU " NOVA looked up to see a fat egg with a mustache looking down at her.
" What are you supposed " The man looked down at her making a fake gasp. " I'm Doctor eggman the rottenness villian of all " Eggman said curling his mustache with his finger.
NOVA stared at him for about five seconds folding her arms. " Never heard of ya sorry " NOVA said looking away.
Eggman gasped but than cleared his throat. " Then me re-jog your memory. Eggman pressed a red button sending laser's into her cage closing in Cleveland closer to her.
NOVA started to scream as the lasers where grazing her arm making her scream in pain. As blood was trickling down a boom was heard causing the lasers to stop.
" That's not how you treat a lady egg head " A blue hedgehog said zooming in front of her cage.
NOVA started to tune him and the fight out she couldn't believe it. A freedom fighter was saving her she now saw how they where in action.
She saw more of them running around saving people helping the injured and making sure no one else is injured.
That moment in time NOVA wanted to become a freedom fighter. " NOVA HEY NOVA ".

NOVA was Broken out of her thoughts seeing Lucas in front of her yelling her name. " NOV weren't you listening where supposed to be going and destroy egg mans base " Lucas said " Huh oh yeah sorry " NOVA kissed Lucas on the cheek " Let's go and defeat that egg head" NOVA said running out with Lucas behind her.
