"So... How is everyone doing." I asked but it didn't come out as a question. More like a mumble. I was surprised they even heard me.
Tom looked at me, his eyes cold. "Just sit."
Oh this was going to be great. I didn't realise that this was going to be this serious. I thought they would ask me where I was, I would answer then we'd go back to joking around and being should like always. But no, they all looked pissed off. At who, I wasn't sure. I just hoped to God it wasn't me.
"Katie, why did you leave without telling me last night?" Tom asked me getting straight to the point.
"I couldn't find you. I looked everywhere." I answered truthfully.
Lola narrowed her eyes at me, "So that's why you went home with Hunter?" She shot. Is this what this was about?
"I told you, it was because I found her drunk and looking like she was going puke." Hunter snapped. "Do you expect me to just fucking leave her there?"
"You could've called me Hunter!" Tom shot back at him. "I could've driven her back home since she's my girlfriend."
"Oh shut the fuck up Tom!" Lauren suddenly shouted. We both looked at her, surprised that she was actually listening to this. "Stop being a jealous asshole or Katie's going to end up leaving you for real."
Lola's fists clenched together and she looked scary for once in her life, "He has a good reason to be! Since Katie was basically in love with him."
"Lola!" I exclaimed. I never told Hunter about my feelings for him so he didn't know this. I wanted to slap Lola for practically shouting it out.
"Who's fucking genius idea was it to record a sex tape for me and Georgia anyway?" Lauren asked sarcastically.
"It was Tom. Of course, I think it's obvious. He's the dumbass in the group." Hunter laughed bitterly. He completely forgot that his 'dumbass' idea had helped us save Lauren.
Lauren smirked at Tom, "Wow, thanks for ruining my life. You're a fucking idiot you know that?" She spat. "Do you know what Georgia's going to do now?!"
"Nothing, because we worked our butts off to save you Lauren!" Lola shouted. That was the loudest I've ever heard her be. "Stop being an ungrateful bitch!"
Lauren's face turned red from anger and I was getting a little worried. This situation was getting way out of control.
"Did it ever occur to you that maybe I actually had feelings for Georia?" Lauren asked. Lola's mouth parted slightly in surprise. We were all surprised by that statement. "No, I didn't think so."
"Well, fine." Lola said defeatedly. But when I thought the argument was over, she turned to me. "But that still doesn't excuse that fact that you decided to go behind Tom's back!"
My eyebrows shot up in surprise and I let out a laugh. Was she insane? I think she hit her head too hard because what she was saying was bullshit.
"Lola, I think you really need to get your head checked sweetie because what part of last night was me 'going behind his back'?" I asked her, looking her dead in the eyes. I was with Georgia's group for long enough to deal with arguments like these.
"Firstly, you decided to ask Hunter for help when you could've called me, Tom or even Lauren first. And secondly, you never bothered to tell us afterwards!" Lola exclaimed. "Therefore meaning you were never planning on telling us."
Hunter slammed his fist on the carpeted floor, "I told you, for fuck's sake, that she was drunk. She was hardly capable of walking. Do you think she was capable of fucking texting you?" He spat. "You're not her first priority Lola. She has to take care of herself first."
"But Tom should be her second priority." Lola shot back.
Anger boiled inside of me as I glared at her, "Why don't you get your big nose out of everyone's business and stop being a fucking bitch?" I shot. Hunter and Tom looked at me, slightly surprised since I hadn't snapped towards anyone in our group before, except Hunter but he was an exception.
Lola looked a little taken back, "Sh-Shut up Katie."
Silence filled the room again until Hunter shook his head and said, "I explained to you the whole story this morning. I think you should let us off the hook."
"I don't think I should." Tom stated, crossing his arms. "You can't have everything Hunter."
That seemed to be the wrong thing for Tom to say because Hunter's expression morphed into pure outrage and anger. He suddenly lunged at Tom, pushing him to the ground, and raised his fist to punch him. Before any of us could stop him though, Ross did.
"Hunter! Hunter, come on calm down." He told him. He kept repeating 'calm down' until Hunter unclenched his fist and got up off of Tom.
"Right then, I think we need an emergency group therapy session, eh?" Ross laughed nervously. We all avoided each other's gaze and looked down at our laps. "Mind explaining what happened between all of you?"
No one answered him. We all ignored Ross and kept staring at our laps. Our group had never fought like that before. There were times when we had a disagreement but nothing that compared to this. Everything that came out of our mouths was purely to hurt the other. I had never acted like that with Lola before. I felt guilty but I had too much pride to apologise right at that moment.
"Let's play a game then." Ross suggested and I could hear him forcing enthusiasm into his words. Butt in truth, he was probably worried and nervous as hell. Hunter had never laid a finger on any of us before and it honestly surprised me. What Tom said must've really got to him. But why?
We once again played the game where you threw the ball at someone and whoever had the ball would express what emotion they were feeling. Ross threw the ball to Lauren to start off.
"Let down." She said then she pegged the ball, and hard, at Tom. It hit him in the face and he yelped in pain.
He narrowed his eyes at Lauren, "Unappreciated." He mumbled as he threw the ball at Lola.
"Hurt." She almost whispered as she looked at me. I felt guilt stab me in the chest but I just ignored it. She threw the ball to me.
"Guilty." I said dryly. I didn't look at Lola though so she knew that I wasn't apologising yet. I threw the ball to Hunter.
He looked up and his piercing gaze landed on Tom. I started to grow concerned when I saw an emotion in his eyes. There was anger but there was also hurt. And I could tell it wasn't just from what Tom said. There was something else and it seemed to have really affected him.
"Numb." He muttered as he threw the ball down onto the floor and walked out the room, slamming the door shut behind him. I looked around to see if anyone was going to go after him but no one moved an inch. They were too caught up in their own problems to notice that Hunter wasn't acting...normal. I opened the door and ran after him.

I found him outside the hospital where I had ran to the first time I came here after Hunter had pissed me off. I walked up to him nervously and sat down on the seat next to him.
"Hunter," I whispered."Just tell me what's wrong. Please."
He shook his head, "There's nothing wrong Katie." He answered monotonously. I sighed. He wasn't going to tell me, I knew it. But the least I could do was stay and make him feel a bit better. So I wrapped my arms around him and held him tightly. He flinched at my touch at first but then relaxed into my arms.
"You know what I feel now?" Hunter asked.
I smiled, "What?"
"Happy."
