I was so happy to finally be home even if it was only for 12 hours. I had the whole apartment to myself since Gemma was in Holmes Chapel visiting family for the week. As I walk into the kitchen I try to figure out what I'm going to do before I head back to the airport. Luckily I packed for Asia before I left for Pittsburgh. I was about to make a cup of coffee but instantly decided against it. A nap sounded so much better. Moments after collapsing on my bed I was fast asleep.

Upon waking up from my nap I rushed to get to the airport. Before leaving I showered and threw on a pair of jeans and a cute oversized tee so I can look at least half decent when I arrived to Harry. My flight went smoothly and before I knew it I was in Hong Kong joining Harry at his hotel. Once I arrived at the hotel I could not wait to get to Harry and give him a hug. It's been a rough couple of weeks for the both of us and I needed this vacation. I knocked on his door and it seemed like an eternity before an unfamiliar face opened it. It was a middle aged man that answered the door and I assumed he was from management.

"Hello. Can I help you?" He asked crossing his arms across his chest. He could not be serious right now. Did Harry not tell him I was on the elevator on my way up?

"I'm Jennifer. Harry told me this was his room." I say putting my free hand on my hip. Just as I stood there staring at the man Harry walked up from behind him.

"Babe." He said before wrapping his arms around me and kissing my hair. "I've missed you. How was your flight?" He said once he let go. He led me into his extravagant hotel room.

"It was okay. I think I'm good on traveling for the next five years." I said. All the traveling I've done in the last two and a half months has been enough for anyone.

"Come sit." He patted the bed beside him and I could feel my phone vibrating in the pocket. I pulled it out and it was my sister. It was the middle of night in Pittsburgh which made me worry.

"I have to take this." I tell him and I walk towards the bathroom. "Hello?" I answer cautiously hoping my sister just called me in her sleep. I instantly heard sobbing. I could feel my chest tighten.

"He's gone." Was all she could choke out. I instantly collapsed on the bathroom floor and I could feel the tears pour out of me.

"No. No. No. No." Was all I kept repeating between sobs. He was stable just three days ago. How could he be taken so soon? He was perfect and never got to enjoy life. Harry squared down in front of me trying to look for an answer on my face. I have been with Harry not even 15 minutes and it was over. Harry wrapped his arms around me and pulled me to his chest as I sat on the phone with my sister crying for what seemed like hours. I finally hung up the phone when my father got to the hospital.

"I'm sorry. If I could take the pain away I would." Harry whispered. He was running his fingers through my hair and I sat there in silence. I didn't have the words to say nor could I admit to anyone that Mason never got his new heart.

"I can't stay." I choked out. I was now standing and wiping underneath my eyes. My tears have seemed to dry up.

"I know." He said looking directly in my eyes. "I'll come with you." He suggests. The last thing I need is for him to cancel a show for me.

"No. You stay here. I'll be fine." I lie. I just wanted to close my eyes and never wake up at this point. That way I could see his smiling face one last time. Even though he was struggling to live a normal childhood, Mason always had a smile on his face.

"I have a few days off before the Philippines after tonight." He explains. "We can fly out in the morning. You can rest here while I do my show tonight." He helps me to the bed and lays down with me. His arm wrapped around my waist as we sit there in silence. He held me for what felt like forever without saying a word or moving. Eventually there was a knock on the door.

"Harry, we got to go. Show starts in 30." A voice said from the doorway. I assumed it was someone else from management.

"I've got to go but I'll be back soon. If you need anything call me. I don't care if I'm singing. Call me." He says before he gives me a kiss on the forehead and makes his way towards the door.
